Went for the show, loved the food! place was full for a show, waitress was personable and attentive entire night. Food runners were great. Apps were big enough for sharing, I would recommend the civiche and the guacamole!

We got outdoor seating. There were spider webs everywhere. Some of the windows were cracked. Even the space heaters were dirty. Place needs some serious cleaning. We couldn’t enjoy the food because of the unsanitary situation.
Sweet plantains were good; minestrone soup was bland.

The service was excellent. 1st time visit hoping for authentic Cuban food, which I am a big fan of. Settled for a Cuban panini, which, though very tasty, just wasn't a Cuban sandwich. The menu is designed to meet, and does, the expectations of tourists, not food afficionados. I would return for a pleasant meal, without the expectations of my 1st visit.

The service unfortunately was terrible. Our order wasn't correct and I asked for water with my drink twice and never got it. The server never checked in, we had to flag someone else down. 🙄

I don’t know where any of these positive reviews came from, this was and is one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Nothing about this place was “Cuban food”, the service was disconnected, and the food the was on the menu was all garbage. I ordered a Cuban panini which should have been one of the staple dishes, the bread was over roasted to mask how stale it was. The toasted bread..was rubbery…the meat on the inside was clearly old and I’m genuinely worried about getting sick. I’m typing this while waiting on my check for a meal I regret…

Very convenient spot to stop for food or drinks in New Hope. The food has a serious lack of flavor, which is very unfortunate, wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again. The drinks though are convenient and has nice outdoor seating right on the Main Street.

While the name implies Cuban food, there's a strange mix of food styles. Tacos (that come with fries), burgers, pasta, Thai, flatbread... Our server was nice, but the kitchen screwed up food plating (gluten free mix-up, but management did comp that meal).
