Everything was perfect! The food was delicious and the service was perfect. I don’t remember the name of the waitress, but she was very professional and very friendly. She explained all perfectly and her personality was very sweet.

Italian Cucina is an intimate and warm, restaurant, with a friendly and welcoming staff. The quality of their food is outstanding. Unlike other restaurants with extensive menus, it's clear Italian Cucina focuses on quality over quantity.
Their freshly made pasta is cooked perfectly al dente and the Bolognese sauce has a unique character defined by its mixture of meats. The pork chop has an excellent sauce that is difficult to stop eating.
Italian Cucina is also an excellent choice for anyone who has celiac disease. While there is not a separate gluten free menu, many of the dishes are naturally gluten free. The gluten free gnocchi was a big hit.

I loved this place a few years ago. I heard the owner died and the sous chef took over when they moved. I was not impressed and will probably never go back. Our food was barely warm when we got it and we were the first ones there. The menu is very limited. We were told the chef was running behind which was odd because no one else was there at the time. The sauce is very sweet , not my favorite. I had sausage crumbled with my ravioli which tasted more like chop meat. Definitely not homemade ravioli. If it was I'm shocked. I use to love the food at the other location and very sad to say it was very disappointing. I also don't think any of the dessert is homemade.

I went to Italian Cucina this afternoon with my date and I can wholeheartedly say that the people that I met there are top-notch very busy small restaurant in new Hope with excellent customer service. Starting with Mr. Sam and Miss Colleen being very welcoming I have a fabulous section for us at the bar ready even though we were late and the girls that worked there Marissa and Lauren were so welcoming and friendly. Absolutely a 10 out of 10 experience. Food was delicious cooked to perfection even though the restaurant was in a very busy time everything came out beautiful presented. I will hold this restaurant in my top recommendations to friends and family and if this date makes it will be our anniversary spot Finger crossed everyone ♥️☺️
Excellent food. Very smooth tasting appetizer. But the pork chop with a mushroom sauce was a real showstopper for me. I am not sure what is in that souce, but it tasted very different from what I expected - in the good and exciting way. Really, hats off to the Chef!
