These people were super kind they’re food was amazing and they even had a bathroom. It’s definitely a family owned restaurant, and the family were super loving i’m
glad I ate here please get this place all the business in New Hope they truly deserve it.

Great staff
Clean Bathroom
Fresh, delicious food and AUTHENTIC
Smaller location, but it never really gets too crowded.
Sometimes on hot days outside, it's just as hot inside, but I'm sure with time, they'll work on that.

We enjoyed the beef tacos and an order of guacamole. Very tasty! We also enjoyed the watermelon juice, which my boyfriend has looked for for years, and hibiscus juice. Stellar! 🌺

(Edit to add comment to response from the owner: Did the owner even read my review because who is Katherine? And this is clearly not a pizza shop. I hope everyone takes this review into consideration to not go here. The continued LACK of customer service just earned you 1 star instead of 2 🙂)

Ordered a $24 dish that was supposed to have chicharrón. They brought out the dish with a different type of meat that was overcooked and bland. We Asked where the chicharrón was, waitress stated they ran out so they put some other type of meat to replace it instead of letting us know because we would’ve liked to order something else if we had known. The lack of communication was not okay. We complained about it and they just gave us $3 in cash. 2 meals + a kids meal and a soup turned out to be $60+. Absolutely not worth the price. Not real Mexican food. Very basic, not seasoned, and small portions. The “chicken tortilla soup” was nasty. It was a thick paste like puréed chips with chicken mixed in. I’ve had all the dishes ordered at real authentic places and the service was much better. Larger portion sizes and better food. This was a disappointment. And the $3 off was a slap in the face lol. Won’t be returning that’s for sure.

All I can say is wow! My husband, our 2.5 year old daughter, and I ate here while visiting New Hope and the food was absolutely incredible. I got three different tacos (pork carnitas, chorizo, and steak & onions - steak was the best!) plus the platter which came with rice and beans so I could share with my daughter. My husband had the gorditos and he said they were so fresh. And the best part was, our daughter LOVED the rice and beans and chips that we got at the beginning of our meal, so it was a win all around!

The food is delicious but the service is too slow, we waited more than 40 minutes to eat

I had the Mole enchiladas and was not at all fond of the sauce.. usually I’m a big fan of Mole this was sadly bland and not tasteful, the beans tasted like plastic… won’t come back

All you need to know is that they have lengua and that is a sign of a solid Mexican restaurant.

When I receive my order and opened the they don't clean up the captus you can see on the photo, this is not good. When I opened my food, the Nopal was not cleaned; it had thorns, that's not good.

this place does not care about their customers or food at all. we waited an extraordinary time for our food (30-40 mins when all we got was a plate of nachos, and it did not seem busy at all), noone ever checked on us nor refilled our chips, we had to ask when the food was coming by finally tracking a waitress down as she was hardly ever in the main dining area.

the chicken nachos finally arrived and they were very dry. hardly any cheese or anything saucy on it at all, maybe a tiny spoonful of guac. Not much chicken on there either. We had to wolf down them down b/c we were going to be late for a show.

The waitress was kind and friendly when we did talk to her, so, nothing against her personality, but the overall service was quite unprofessional and the waitstaff did not seem concerned with their customers' needs at all.

Overall, would never eat here again.

I had the pork carnitas. The pork was dried out. I've made better at home. Don't waste your money.
