The manager on duty was nothing short of amazing. He was so excited about the customer experience and called me and others by name, keeping everyone informed on the orders they placed. Wish I'd gotten his name, but he was a solid guy. What all mcds and most public facing businesses should strive for.

It was freezing inside, felt like there was no heat on at all. The food was cold and it took a while to come out. Waited while workers walked by just to place my order.

Absolutely terrible. Very very slow, shouldn’t take 15 minutes to make a burrito, hash that is cold. The service workers also do not speak English. You’re forced to pay with card as well, they don’t come to the front to accept a cash payment.

I was doing doordash and I went inside to pick up my order and the girl there told me I had to wait I asked why and she said ask the customer we only have one apple pie if the customer doesn't want the second one your order is ready and I asked the customer the customer said he didn't want to wait for the second one so I told the girl working there the girl has glasses and curly hair I don't know her name she said ok and while I was waiting for my order I didn't understand what was going on 30 minutes passed and I asked why I'm still waiting my customer only wants one apple pie she told me the customer paid for it the customer has to pick it up then why did you ask me if the customer wants it or not I don't understand there are really 2 or 3 decent people working inside the rest are working in a terrible way everyone is complaining nobody wants to take orders from there anyway I don't get orders from there anymore because I got myself banned there are a few morons working inside if they do their job properly everyone can work happily in this job and I talked to the manager about my situation he found the employees right because there is a Mexican lobby there and they didn't even listen to me because I am Turkish I can say I was subjected to racism there

The staff is friendly and helpful. Love how festival the store was decorated. The staff made my iced coffee perfectly!!!! Manager was so sweet he went above and beyond to make my little one laugh and smile when he was cranky

Great McDonald’s food, as you can’t ruin a national menu.
Was there for breakfast on Sunday with my Mother. No one was at the front register to take and order, so we were forced to use the computer station. As we waited 15 mins for our order, one couple asked for their money back because it took forever and a family told us that they’ve been waiting forever. I think they served drive in people faster.
Like only 5 people working and most couldn’t speak English. The manager is either incompetent and should lose the franchise, or can’t find labor so hires undocumented workers. You will lose New Hope residents if you don’t fix this.
What used to be a Sunday tradition will probably end and move to Wawa across the street.
Please fix it or sell your franchise.

We stood at the register for 10 minutes and not one person took our order. Everyone is standing around in the back doing nothing. Our presence was not acknowledged. Do yourself a favor and just go to Wawa across the street like we did.

It’s very VERY annoying to go thru the drive-thru and be told to drive your car around and wait in a spot for 10 minutes … kinda beats the whole purpose of “fast food” they will consistently do this to help their “numbers”

Only use drive through for ice cream. Often times their machine is broken. Most recent visit Sat 7-20 I was shorted $5 in my change for 2 cones from a $20 bill. Didn't realize it until I got home. Poor customer service.
