I want to begin by expressing my understanding and patience toward establishments facing staffing challenges. I empathize with the difficulties small businesses encounter, especially when operating under such constraints.
That however, does not apply to this absolute dumpster fire of a dingy basement under the guise of an "Irish Pub".
The moment we walked in I felt immediately uncomfortable and should have walked out. I found a table and my wife went to use the restroom, only to get bullied and harassed as to why shes there by the bartender. He then comes up to me and very rudely asks "Are you gunna order??"...ok...so I then made the mistake of ordering cheese fries that came out cold, and two drinks that never came.
This place was embarrassingly bad and should not be open. It gives Irish Pubs a bad name, and so did that disrespectful brutish bartender.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Avoid! Hate leaving bad reviews but in this case I have to warn others. Worst service and cocktails! So many better options in New Hope.

Dropped in unexpectedly and had an amazing time with my friends. The atmosphere made us feel like we were among long-time friends and family. The drinks were both reasonably priced and delicious—especially the Snickers shot, which I absolutely loved!

Joe the owner or Mgr needs to hire a new cook and server to survive. Sorry... fries and burgers were cold and not cooked as ordered. Asked for well done and got rare burger that order was for another table. Fries were old and cold and burger bun was cold as well. He changed it but it was still not cooked as ordered. The Guinness wings were over fried and sauce on side not as expected...at all. Small place and needs to be cleaned up. Table was dusty and so was surrounding area. Sorry Joe, I know you said hard to get good help...but there's gotta be someone that wants to work.good luck.

This restaurant is pretty far out of the way and the only entrance is down into the cellar which looks creepy to begin with. But after we saw the sign on the front saying they don't accept any debit or credit cards, it was pretty obvious they didn't want customers so we just found another restaurant in town because there's plenty of places who want customers and accept 1% fees on a $50 dinner.
