Passing through we had stopped to walk around and had to stop for Moo Hope ice cream of course, the cutest name ever ! I still dream everyday about their lavender coconut flavor ! It’s is absolutely delicious 🤤 I will be back for more shopping and another stop at this friendly, cute and delicious ice cream shop 🥰

Home made ice cream at its best! Moo Hope Ice cream is always busy (for a good reason) but the line moves fast. Nobody is unhappy waiting for ice cream! Today I had chocolate pudding crunch and moose tracks. YUM! Bold flavors and great consistency. You can’t go wrong!

My husband and I walked in to grab some ice cream and were extremely disappointed. Very dirty floors, walls, and counters. Layers of dirt that seems to have never been cleaned. They don't even allow you try samples, and the prices were outrageous. We walked out without buying anything. If you want yummy homemade ice cream try Owowcow Creamery in Newtown.
Recently was by new hope and was really excited to try Moo Hope ice cream. Got 3 different flavors. Vanilla, Nutella and lavender coconut. I will say ice cream is very creamy great texture. However extremely sweet!! The Nutella after 3 spoons couldn’t be eaten anymore way too much sugar and yes I know it’s Nutella but this was extra sweet. I don’t recommend that flavor. The vanilla was nice. The lavender coconut was nice as well very different but still all 3 were too sweet. Next time I would try a different ice cream place. Also got the waffle cone in a bag and it wasn’t my taste.

Place has gone downhill lately. Also overpriced. $5.50 for a single scoop! Ugh. They won't do two ice creams in one scoop (like a half and half). Also they don't offer samples anymore (since COVID they haven't, but common it's been a while now...). And, I'm gluten free and the ice cream wasn't labeled as to which was gf and which wasn't.
So many better choices for ice cream and gelato in town, all this place has going for them is their location. Go somewhere else in town.

If you come here to have some ice cream sundae, plz remember to bring your own spoon. Around $18 for cookie sundae and can’t even eat it. The spoons they give are cheapest spoons in the world. Ridiculous!!!! Ice cream not cheap but You guys are so cheap.theres no way that im able to pick a bite of ice cream and cookie with this spoon. I asked the girl and she said “well I don’t buy spoons here”.

We were excited to get some ice cream on our day out in New Hope, but this was a disappointment. Not allowing samples is just sad, that's a standard operating procedure for ice cream shops. I got one scoop, my husband got 2, both in cups, and it cost almost $20. When our ice cream came out he asked about whipped cream and we were told it costs extra and we would have needed to order and pay for it. That is also not standard, so it would have been nice if we'd been asked if we wanted whipped cream. All that could have been forgivable if the ice cream was amazing... which it wasn't. We echo many of the other reviews calling the flavor sub par, and even worse than that, both of our flavors were freezer burned. We won't be back.
