My husband and I walked in to grab some ice cream and were extremely disappointed. Very dirty floors, walls, and counters. Layers of dirt that seems to have never been cleaned. They don't even allow you try samples, and the prices were outrageous. We walked out without buying anything. If you want yummy homemade ice cream try Owowcow Creamery in Newtown.

Recently was by new hope and was really excited to try Moo Hope ice cream. Got 3 different flavors. Vanilla, Nutella and lavender coconut. I will say ice cream is very creamy great texture. However extremely sweet!! The Nutella after 3 spoons couldn’t be eaten anymore way too much sugar and yes I know it’s Nutella but this was extra sweet. I don’t recommend that flavor. The vanilla was nice. The lavender coconut was nice as well very different but still all 3 were too sweet. Next time I would try a different ice cream place. Also got the waffle cone in a bag and it wasn’t my taste.

Place has gone downhill lately. Also overpriced. $5.50 for a single scoop! Ugh. They won't do two ice creams in one scoop (like a half and half). Also they don't offer samples anymore (since COVID they haven't, but common it's been a while now...). And, I'm gluten free and the ice cream wasn't labeled as to which was gf and which wasn't.
So many better choices for ice cream and gelato in town, all this place has going for them is their location. Go somewhere else in town.

If you come here to have some ice cream sundae, plz remember to bring your own spoon. Around $18 for cookie sundae and can’t even eat it. The spoons they give are cheapest spoons in the world. Ridiculous!!!! Ice cream not cheap but You guys are so cheap.theres no way that im able to pick a bite of ice cream and cookie with this spoon. I asked the girl and she said “well I don’t buy spoons here”.

We were excited to get some ice cream on our day out in New Hope, but this was a disappointment. Not allowing samples is just sad, that's a standard operating procedure for ice cream shops. I got one scoop, my husband got 2, both in cups, and it cost almost $20. When our ice cream came out he asked about whipped cream and we were told it costs extra and we would have needed to order and pay for it. That is also not standard, so it would have been nice if we'd been asked if we wanted whipped cream. All that could have been forgivable if the ice cream was amazing... which it wasn't. We echo many of the other reviews calling the flavor sub par, and even worse than that, both of our flavors were freezer burned. We won't be back.

Although the store was packed, with the line almost out the door, the service was fast and efficient. The ice cream was rich, creamy, and flavorful. It did not disappoint.
Wanted to buy two ice creams here, paid for small sprinkles which come in a cup easily enough sprinkles to cover two or three ice creams when I asked them for the cup of sprinkles they told me they already poured the sprinkles on one of the ice creams and therefore if I want more sprinkles on the second ice cream I would have to pay for another cup but I bought the cup and they were supposed to give it to me they also advertised the cup of sprinkles as you can see by the register which they sell for $1.25 which is absurd as it is. I never asked them to put the sprinkles on the ice cream, the lady offered me to buy the small cup of sprinkles from the register. They told me they poured it from the cup into one ice cream which is not true because I watched another girl sprinkle the sprinkles from a bucket with a spoon.
Just a ripoff. And the girls who work there have attitude on top of that.
Not worth the time and the ice cream is not that good to be fair.

I don't understand the no samples and worse the gentleman behind the counter was rude about it. I would have walked out, but I didn't want to disappoint my child that waited patiently in line. We will not go back to this place.

Great place to refresh and get a treat after walking around the town. Lots of good flavors to choose from and indoor seating available
Ice cream nice and creamy, perfect sweetness however not enough flavoring added to the recipes for my taste. Vanilla lacking vanilla and moose tracks only had the slightest hint of peanut butter cup. Limited toppings to choose from for a cup, ( no chopped nuts for example) and only have those big soft waffle cones. Ice cream shop should have regular cones at a minimum. $5.50 a scoop, felt like a gotcha tourist trap, not a place a we would return to.

Had high hopes for this little shop after how good it smelled walking in (like fresh waffle cones!). However, we found the ice cream to be very bland and mine nearly flavorless. Maybe it was the flavors we got (vanilla chocolate chip and then a coffee crunch) The waffle cones were ok but for the price, we expected much better. As others have mentioned, it would be great to have samples because there was one other flavor I was considering but didn’t get because I wasn’t sure I’d like it and didn’t want to bet my whole cone on it. Now I wonder if that would have had more flavor!
