Very nice wine bar with great view (outdoor seating). Food was delicious and fresh. Long list of wine selection and very impressive beer selection. Staff was nice too.

Charming little spot — the atmosphere is downright adorable, and the menu is nothing short of massive. They’ve got pages upon pages dedicated to wines, whiskey flights, and even wine flights, which feels fun and adventurous. That said, I was really surprised (and honestly, a bit disappointed) to find that most of the wine is only sold by the bottle. For a wine bar, that feels like a major miss — not everyone wants to commit to a whole bottle just to try something new!
Food-wise, it was a mixed bag. The ceviche tostada was a letdown — the seafood tasted far from fresh, with that overly fishy flavor that makes you push the plate away instead of dive in. The charcuterie, on the other hand, was solid — tasty, but nothing remarkable enough to justify the price tag.
In short: super cute vibes, extensive drink menu, but the food quality and pricing don’t match the charm. Probably not somewhere I’ll be racing back to.

A Culinary Gem Worth the Trip to New Hope
Nektar is the type of restaurant where working your way through the menu over time will be a complete delight. On my first visit, every dish exceeded expectations.
We sampled the Tuna Tacos, Beet Salad, Foie Gras & Smoked Salmon Bruschetta, and Ceviche Tostadas - each one was excellent. We finished with their rice pudding for dessert, which was the perfect ending to an outstanding meal. The small plates concept encourages exploration, and based on this first experience, I'm already planning future visits to discover more of what they have to offer.
This intimate wine bar has instantly become a destination restaurant for me. I would make the trip to New Hope just to dine at Nektar again. Whether you're a local or visiting the area, this place deserves a spot on your must-try list.

we visited this bar yesterday, ordered 4 different dishes of which the most important was french fries, a truly natural tasty dish! so if you are a fan of french fries, visit this place. we left about 300 dollars and left hungry, 4 adults 4 different dishes and 4 upset people because we just didn't like it (sorry, but I don't know who eats here and who would like this, we ate fries for 300 bucks, thank you. first and last time at your place

A high-end (expensive) experience with delicious food and drinks paired with prompt service.
Tapas were unique and tasty with beautiful presentation. Some were better than others. Beet salad, Ribs w/ mashed potatoes, and Beef Wellington were superb, but bacon wrapped dates were mushy, poke bowl was mid, Lobster BLT Sliders half eaten, and Prosciutto flatbread was sparse. Overall, the portions were surprisingly underwhelming.
Each of us (6 ppl) had one alcoholic beverage and we shared about 8 plates. Total bill was around $375 with tip automatically included for party of 6.

Took a friend to New Hope and stumbled upon Nektar. The food offered a wide variety selection. The staff was extremely friendly and professional and the atmosphere was beautiful. I highly recommend the Nektar dining experience.
My party of 5 came here for drinks. I was consulted to the haikkado lemon ale, it was awesome. I got the lambic after, our bartender Kenny was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Dudes a pro

Great food and an amazing wine(do ive been told) selection. The whisky selection(so I've tried lol) is second to none really. It's a little pricey but worth it. Can be a little snoobish. It's best to go on off hours that way you can really talk about the whisky selection.

Go for the balcony ambiance!! Tapas are incredible. Had a good tequila cocktail but definitely more of a wine menu. We tried the ricotta tomato bruschetta and ceviche tostadas. Both great but dreaming of the ceviche! The sandwiches were just okay.

A must try if in the New Hope area. Everything I tasted was so good. If you’re really into sweeter red wines, you may not find any here, but they do have a large selection. I had the truffle fries, bacon wrapped dates and prosciutto flatbread. No complaints! Sit outside to get the best ambiance.

Absolutely perfect summer night despite the crazy humidity. Food, server, vibes all were unmatched. We enjoyed so many dishes and tried tapas style between the 4 of us. We truly enjoyed the truffle ravioli, the wings, and the honey tomato bruschetta the most!
