Starter was the Kachori Chat - an interesting mango pastry assembly. Mains: The Old Delhi Butter Chicken was phenomenal. We also had the Malai Kofta (medium spice ) which was a little spicier than expected but still delicious. I had the Bullet Naan - slightly spicy and very tasty. Mylady’s garlic naan was „delicious“. Service was swift and attentive. Bring your own beer from Triumph Brewery across the road. Will come again.
Food is ok. Old gulab jamun, unpalatable taste. Very small, tight space.Bathroom is horrible, small , not clean or upgraded. Wait time was long. Over charged initially, changed when confronted and added tips with the bill, suggested to add more tips. Overall rate.2.5.
My fiancé and I stopped in to New Hope Spice Lover late on a Monday night. We were warmly greeted and promptly seated. Our server (we presume he was the owner) suggested the special appetizer - battered pineapple in a spicy, tangy sauce with bell peppers and onions. It was absolutely delicious! We ordered the chicken biryani, chicken tikka masala, and a side of garlic naan. The garlic naan was out of this world! Buttered to perfection and sprinkled with fresh garlic, it was pillowy...
