We stopped in tonight right before they closed—thank you for serving us 🙌🏼—and it was AMAZING. Kyra (not sure if I spelled that right) was soooo friendly and personable. She let us try a few samples. The ice cream is to die for; they have delicious flavors and you can tell it’s homemade. This spot is an absolute GEM, and so is the staff. Plus it’s the best ice cream you’ll find in town. We love Nina’s!

I was there today and the woman at the cash register taking our order was very rude. She took my order charge my card and then left for 8 minutes without filling up the order. Then she came back all fluster no explanation no acknowledgment of anything and looked at me asking very sarcastically if she can help me. When she noticed that she never filled up the order she said sorry but did nothing to fix the problem at which point I asked for a refund. We didn’t get to taste the ice cram but the service was really bad and the attitude of the two attendants was poor. If you don’t want to service people you may as well stay home.

5 stars for the two gentleman working tonight 03/09/2025! Very kind, Friendly, and courteous. These two are a great addition to the staff.
I can’t say the same for the rude, snotty, short haired person that felt the need to reprimand our dipper, for giving slightly too much Ice cream for a sample. As a multiple business owner myself , I know employees like this are the reason you lose good ones. There was no need for her to make the comment she did to him while he was helping me. It was unprofessional, unnecessary and demeaning to do to him in front of us. If the extra 1/2” of ice cream on the tester spoon was an issue. She should have mentioned it to him privately. This isn’t how you build moral and confidence in a new/newer employee. Even the gentleman at the register leaned over to him after the interaction and said “don’t worry man, you’re going a good job”.
I hope the owners see this and realize how bad for business this person is.

The 5-star is for Jackson! He helped us and was very welcoming. I tried different flavors and left with a milkshake and kiddies cup! Ice cream is okay— not rich in flavor or texture yet happy with my stop here.

We came in a group of 3 families, 17 people craving ice cream, Thursday 3pm. The place is empty. 1 couple siting only. The girl at the front was disgusting ( excuses me ) my wife asked about gluten free options, she had an attitude, she was not nice not polite and very not customer oriented. We walked out and toke the order to the other ice cream place. We spent there $176 we could have spent at Nina’s !!! To bad never returning!!!

They charged me 1.50$ for a tiny one second spray of whipped cream and called it a pup cup. At least at Starbucks they fill the cup up and it's complimentary! I understand the economy is horrible but that's ridiculous!

Very limited ice cream selection (5-6 flavors). The waffle was delicious although my husband rated it a 6.5/10. I ordered a scoop of mint chocolate chip and would rate it a 7/10.

Very limited ice cream flavor selection. My waffle was mostly RAW batter not the first time I ordered but ALSO when I asked for a replacement. They didn’t even care to check it wasn’t raw inside as well. I wasted a lot of money here. Will not be back.
