I would suggest to try to be nice to people instead of being rude. I was looking at the menu from the booth directly across and accidentally must have stood too close in front of Salty Pineapple counter. I wasn't there more than 10 seconds when I heard someone bark at me from behind "MAY I HELP YOU!!". It clearly wasn't actually to help me but was saying "you are standing in front of my counter .. move out of the way." It was an accident and I obviously didn't realize. And given the layout I am sure it happens frequently. Instead of politely asking me to move out of the way, which I would have done, or even taking it as an opportunity to sell to me by asking if I'm interested in a drink, this person chose to yell at me loudly. I apologized and moved away. This also 100% guarantees that I'll never as long as I'm there buy anything from them. The menu across is very large and I know that's the problem as it's hard to take it in. So maybe get them to post a sign under their menu to please not block the other booths. Or anything else other than barking at prospects.

We drove over a hour just to come to the salty pineapple. Let me first start by saying the OLD LADY with the short hair that was working was extremely rude. Racist if you ask me. They need to replace her, she has the worst customer service skills. I will never go back and I will tell ally family and friends not to support the salty pineapple.

Unfortunately I tried a smoothie and did not care for the flavor. When I asked if I could get something else the cashier was extremely rude. She ended up making me something else but added “you better like it” terrible customer service for a $9 smoothie. Poke bowl also had uncooked rice.

I stopped here for lunch last week after a bike ride on the nearby canal trail. It is basically an food court with elevated choices. Think of it as a much smaller, and much less hectic, Reading Terminal market. There are several food stalls to choose from. There’s a Ramen Place, a deli, a gyro/Greek place, a pastry place, a coffee bar, a pork sandwiches stand, a wine tasting counter, a Vegan butcher, a cannabis dispensary, and a Peruvian fusion place. I may be forgetting one or two spots, but you get the idea. I went with the Peruvian place. I had an amazing chicken dish with rice and a salad. It was fantastic. Order at the counter Peruvian food? How could I go wrong? There is ample seating and clean bathrooms. It is a seriously great concept they’ve put together here. I can’t wait to go back and try the other places. This is a wonderful place to get lunch.

Rude staff! I ordered a cup of slushy and it was way too sweet. I went back and asked for some ice, the staff behind the register was VERY rude and reluctant to give ice. A terrible experience in a nice town of New Hope. Should be a zero ⭐ or -5⭐.
