Jean was very wonderful. She made my matcha drink . Just hot water and matcha frothed . It was made perfectly and so deliciously. Great friendly service. Drinks were "To Go"

Yesterday I ordered a cinnamon dolce latte. The batista behind the counter was very bizarre. He refused to talk with me and after I got my drink I noticed a strange after taste. I didn't think much of it and my mom and I split my drink. After we drank it we both got very sick. This has never happened before. I'll never go to this Starbucks again. I honestly wish I saved the cup so I could've had it tested.

Visit Date: April 11, 2021 My first stop in New Hope, PA. Of course the coffee. Charming location but as with all Starbucks you get the same standard with your order so there's nothing really new to say except I got my coffee that I needed in a nice little cute location. The place was pretty clean, no seating or hanging out because of COVID but they did allow restroom use.
I visited plenty of Starbucks locations during both business and pleasure trips. No one compares in service to the Starbucks in the Giant grocery store in New Hope, PA. The entire team, led by David, is friendly, upbeat, genuinely caring and masterful at their creations! Each and every handcrafted beverage is perfection...made better by the interpersonal skills by David and his team. Having a good day? They are there to share in the laughter... Having a bad day? They are there to listen, serve up a great coffee/tea and make you smile. Cheers...and don't miss this experience!!

Service was great. Friendly service personnel. Since we were there doing an off season, and off time, it was great. Many of the tables were full with people working on their computers. Great place to get things done.
