Got the Sriracha Tots, which were very tasty! Tots were nice and crispy. Really good cheese sauce and a slightly runny egg. The star of the show, however, is the pulled pork. Different from any pulled pork I’ve ever had, it was peppery and savory in a way that sets it apart in a great way. Add some sriracha on top (don’t be afraid to ask for extra!) and you’ve got a nice brunch-like tater tot meal. Unfortunately no photos to share.. I ate it too quickly!

Tried this place for the second time. First time was pork in a pita sandwich. Loved the pita as it was grilled nicely, sauce was delicious...but the pork was dry and completely unseasoned. Today I tried the tots with fried eggs and pork etc. Tots were good, eggs were good, condiments were good...but again the pork was dry and completely devoid of any seasoning whatsoever. Can't excuse that since the centerpiece of this place is supposed to be the pork...and it's so damn simple to make juicy slow roasted SEASONED pork. I did like the cleanliness and easy to read menus etc.

I got the Figgy Piggy. The meat was flavorless, pale, mushy and concerning. I took one bite and was put off from eating the rest.

Had an omelette with the pulled pork and side tater tots - 10 out of 10, so good.
The Pork Shack at Ferry Market in New Hope, PA, delivered an unforgettable quick serve (culinary experience.) We savored The Old Fashion, a deliciously hearty sandwich featuring slow-roasted pulled pork, caramelized onions, pickles, melted cheddar cheese, and BBQ sauce on a perfectly toasted flatbread. Equally impressive was The Cuban, with its tender pulled pork, sliced ham, Swiss cheese, and pickles, all melded together on crispy sourdough with creamy Dijon mustard. Complemented by two refreshing homemade lemonades, our meal was absolutely amazing.
The Pork Shack is a must-visit for anyone craving top-notch BBQ in a charming market setting.

The Ferry Market is a great place for a quick stop and some unique food in New Hope. The Pork Shack has an interesting menu with so many things I wanted to try, but I ultimately landed on The Cuban. I've got a rule when I got to new places; if there's a Reuben or a Cuban on the menu I'm ordering it. So, needless to say, I've had many many many of those sandwiches. The Cuban here is EASILY in my top 5. It's really worth a visit.

I loved the bacon grilled cheese, perfect amount of bacon and the grilled cheese was toasted perfectly. I would totally come back again for another! By the way, the mozzarella sticks were amazing as well. They were served with a side of their homemade tomato bisque. I strongly recommend this spot for anyone looking to try new things.

I was here before and it was delicious. This time no so much.
They give you like a pita instead of a roll. I had the Cheddar bacon pork. The pork was in little bits and pieces that were over done. I would like to know where the Cheddar was.
The sweet potato fries were ok.
In all I spent 22.00 for a not so great meal. I should have went to Burger King!

Overpriced breakfast sandwiches were so greasy that I got nauseous, tater tots tasted like they were fried in dirty oil.

These kids are killing it. They have been for years now. Everything is incredible here, but you have to get the grilled cheese sammich, tomato soup, and sweet potato fries with sriracha mayo. You won't be sorry. There are plenty of places to sit and eat inside and outside the collection of outstanding food stalls here, but if you get your food to go, find a place by the river or one of the close local parks to just take your time and enjoy the whole vibe. No pictures. Too hungry and busy eating.

One of the many spots in the Ferry Market and it’s definitely worth a try.We started with the garlic knot tots what had a strong garlic and parm flavor that went together well. The Shack Mac was good; a lighter Mac & cheese with a lot of good toppings. The Figgy Piggy sandwich was good not great. Not sure how well the fig and Brie paired with the pulled pork. It was also pretty expensive for its size.

Best breakfast sandwiches and tots!
Stopped at the Ferry Market and ordered from The Pork Shack. Ordered the Grilled Cheese with bacon, The Rabe and the BLT tots and were extremely satisfied! Food was made fresh. The guy behind the register recommended the Rabe and it was excellent! I also ordered the Strawberry Lemonade which was also fresh. The price was right and glad we found this gem ?
