Wasabi dumplings are divine special meatballs from heaven. So glad I tried something new.

We just order out anymore. Food is amazing, but post covid there is NEVER more than one server, hence the service is terrible.

There are several ā€œvegetarianā€ dishes, but they contain oyster sauce. I was informed by the waiter (who was very helpful!) that their gluten free brown sauce is mushroom based rather than fish based. Definitely give it a try, because they do have a ton of plant based options, just make sure you double check!

We were greeted and seated quickly and politely. The whole experience had us in and out of there within 55 minutes on a saturday at noon. The food was well prepared and generally tasty. Their green salad dressing was a little creamier than I expected but it was a good thing. And their wonton soup was in a beef broth instead of the usual chicken giving it a bolder depth of flavor. Our sushi rolls were well crafted, fish was fresh, though the flavor was a little lacking. They were still good, but just a touch bland. All in all I would go here again. The various fish tanks were also a very nice touch for the decor.

I typically don’t Give poor reviews unless it’s extremely warranted, but this place has gone down over the past couple years.

The orders take forever for takeout and they often get it wrong. I ordered my food tonight and they missed an item so I had to go back and get it and even when I got it it tasted like cat food.

The fish they use for the sushi has no taste.

Unfortunately, there’s just not a better place in the New hope area.

Almost every Chinese entree I've ordered (and that's many, i live nearby and we only have 2 asian food restaurants so I've given Wild Ginger MANY chances) is overloaded with green bell pepper. example: Tonight ordered Twilight (eggplant with fried tofu in garlic sauce). I removed a cup of green bell pepper from the meal to make it edible. the description of the dish online mentioned nothing about green pepper. Nasty. They add green bell pepper to every Chinese dish to stretch it. Also ordered 2 shrimp rolls. No shrimp. Just cabbage etc. Sushi is at least fresh but just passable. I'm done with this restaurant.

We recently moved to the New Hope area and decided to try a local Asian restaurant. Unfortunately, it was quite literally the worst Asian food I've ever had. We ordered four different dishes, and each one was worse than the last. Very disappointing.

My review seems well-rounded, highlighting the strengths of the pad Thai noodles and bubble tea, while also mentioning the presence good test of salads. It's constructive to note the sushi's lack of fish, which could be important for sushi enthusiasts looking for authenticity.

Dietary restrictions: Lots of delicious options. Easy parking. We had enough food to take home for lunch the next day.

"Suitable chinese" food. The sushi is better than the hot entrees which all feel like they use lower quality ingredients (like cheap sugars) and high sodium. The healthy options aren't prepared well, at least they don't hold up well for take-out.

We've ordered about 5 times and extend the length of time between visits due to the poor feeling our bodies have after eating here.

With that said, I'm not sure if there's better Chinese/Japanese takeout in New Hope.

We chose Wild Ginger III at random and it ended up being a fa tactic choice! We were seated quickly, the place was crowded, but the 2 young servers were hustling to take care of everyone promptly. We started with some sushi. Sweet potato rolls, mango roll and the Wild Ginger roll. This was by far the freshest and tastiest sushi that I've had!.Next up....we had Sesame Chicken, Thai Crunchy Chicken with sweet chili sauce and Chicken & Broccoli. Each were incredible, with large portions that we took home. We're not from the area, but would drive back in a heartbeat to dine here again.

It’s not acceptable to wait more than 1 hr for 3 veggie rolls for a table of one! Got seated and they forgot I was even there and forgot they gave me a menu and forgot I had food coming? What is this nonsense? Def not coming back.
