Traveled 45 minutes to taste this inspiring sourdough crust pizza. Absolutely loved it! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique pizza place in the Pittsburgh area that is different from your typical pizzeria.

Really great pizza. Only thing is the dough is good but not amazing. The prices feel a bit high for the area

I was in the area dropping off an orphaned lil brown bat pup and saw not too far away was a wood fired pizza place and I just couldn't pass it up. I got the hot honey with ricotta and Arugula and it was delicious!!

First time customers got takeout a little of this a little of that . Pizza and hoagie were out of this world . The only thing we didn't enjoy was the garlic knots they were the size of dinner rolls . And in my humble opinion were a bit on the dry side . But overall we were still pleased with our food .

I ordered Common Oven Pizza for a party, and everything was exceptional. I do not live in Pgh, so I had to correspond via email, and Gavin responded right away and was so helpful. The pizzas, garlic knots and salad were absolutely delicious. Happily, I ordered more than was needed, so I had leftovers!

Easily the best pizza around. I am not a pizza fan in anyway however I drive an hour and 10 minutes to get pizza here because it’s so good.

Stopped in at Common Oven Pizza Company and was seriously impressed. The cheesesteak was one of the best I’ve ever had—what really sets it apart is the homemade bread. It’s fresh with a perfect texture and adds a ton of flavor.

The pizza is also excellent—great crust, quality ingredients, and just the right balance.

Definitely a spot worth checking out if you're in the area. You can tell they care about doing things right. Looking forward to going back.
