Nice selection of beers and a refreshing variety with not 50% ipas like a lot of brewpubs. Pizza was solid as well, nice atmosphere. The only minor issue is they should consider different chairs, these are the cold, uncomfortable, metal ones. I stood for half of my last drink.
We’ve never had a bad experience here. I’d really like to highlight how friendly and welcoming the staff always are. They are great at selecting beers for you based on your tastes. The Jenny cream ale has been a favorite of ours for some time, we were happy to see it return to selection. Love these funky beers. Brett/wild/mixed fermentation brews are my go to and SR specializes in them. Had one outstanding beer and one very good one during my visit. Have had many SR brews before this first visit to a SR Taproom. So glad that the in-person experience was so satisfying. Very friendly and helpful staff. Welcoming patrons. Excellent food. The area is a little depressed but the "downtown" area was quaint. Enjoyed the visit very much.
