As a frequent flyer at Steel Cup Coffee Roasters, I was extremely excited when I seen they had some Evanly Bakes products! AND let me tell you, they do not disappoint. Personal Favorite has been the Double Dark Chocolate Brownie!
Cake jars are so yummy! We got lemon raspberry and chocolate cherry and Evan was so friendly while we were deciding. Absolutely coming back for more!
100% hooked now after one time!!! Fantastic texture and balanced flavor, LOVE the lemon cake jar!

Evanly Bakes is a fun bakery with a great atmosphere and friendly staff, having moved from a food truck to a brick and mortar shop. The pastries and sweets are absolutely delicious, scrumptious, and yummy, with many gluten-free and vegan offerings. The carrot cake may be the best ever, with amazing maple cream cheese frosting, and is to die for. The brownies are the BEST, including a delicious espresso brownie, and the blondies will leave you wanting more. The cake jars, like the cookies and cream, are easily one of the best desserts. Other items include lemon cake, white chocolate raspberry, and butter rum cake, all described as good and light, with a fun and pleasant vibe.
