Someone on the night shift set the shake machine clock for 1am instead of 1pm so you can imagine the havoc that caused. Food was good. Staff was a little flustered over the machine issue and rightfully so but it interfered a little with the vibe afterwards. My app order got lost and found. Sweet tea was turning sour. Overall not bad but could have been better.

This Burger King is part of a service plaza that is up on the hill from 81 there was sufficient parking but you have to walk over curbs if you park in the back instead of the front. I wasn't overly impressed with the length of time it took to get my meal. It almost seemed like the people that were working there were pretty tired

I went with family on the day the hurricane Debbie was washing out. I lost some money paying in the kiosk with a gift card. The payment went through, but it did not print me bill or token. Just recircled backbto ordering. When I enquired at the front desk, they couldn't help me. They didn't trust me in the first place without receipt. I respect all old people working here, but they lack customer service or trust. I lost $30 that day in the kiosk & paid again at the desk.

The facilities were well maintained, the food was good and the staff went above and beyond. Didn’t realize the bun for my son’s burger was seeded, he has a sesame allergy, they redid the sandwich and put it on a brioche bun for us right away. Another employee was super sweet to my kids. All of the staff were pleasant! A++ for a family road trip stop. Didn’t use the restroom so can’t comment. The employees at the convenience store attached were also very kind. Have stopped here before and will continue to do so on our trips between Philly and upstate NY.

Ordered breakfast and when I got there BEFORE they stopped serving breakfast they told me they never started making it and that breakfast was over. Next time just do your job like you’re supposed to and stop being lazy.

Burger ? was OK, but cooked against a clock. It could all be so much better, but I suspect profits and efficiency have pushed quality down. Good value/calorie, but that's not enough
Still iconic, in this setting. Amazingly, the graffiti in the toilets (rest rooms) suggested Donald Trump had visited.

Overheard the assistant manager making fun of a girl who had a fall the previous day. He called her stupid and retarded several times. I feel bad for the girl. Talk like this gets most people fired but it's so hard to get good help these days.
