Stopped at this Dunkin for first time other day and can say this place didn't seem like the same franchise. I've been to many up the east coast and always passed by this one as I will continue to do now. Coffee wasn't great and the sandwhich I got was so tough it hurt my teeth. Animals probably would have choked on it so just put it a trash can. Not sure how this place has 4 stars, people must not go to other ones. Drive thru attendant was clueless. Didn't tell me a total or to pull forward. Sat for a while and she came on like I was a new customer.

Worst ever DD! The stuffed bagel minis were cold and were frozen in the muddle. Coffee was cold. When I asked to warm it, they made it burning hot. Never steeping into this place ever!

As a Dunkin at a rest stop you would think there would be open later. Disappointed to take the exit for a coffee only to enter a parking lot filled with people with the same look on their faces. 6+ cars full of families at 715. Missing out on a lot of sales by closing so early.
