It was our worst experience at a Dunkin Donuts ever, they prepared the wrong order, instead of toasting bagels, put them in a microwave, and they didn’t put milk in the coffee, they refused to remove the some coffee to add milk

Place was empty, I ordered a donut and hot latte, paid + added a tip and the person immediately proceeded to make an iced drink for another customer (assuming for an online order?). I asked if she could possibly hand me my donut so she did, but it was strange. The coffee which I waited 10 minutes for was cold (again, the place was empty). Terribly disappointed but I guess I should not have any expectations.

I stopped at this location while traveling on I-81 toward Syracuse. It’s a clean store with excellent and quick service. A bonus is the Exxon gas station located just across from it, making it convenient to fuel up as well.
Why does the coffee machine always break down or run out of milk right at the end of the shift? Why do you even work then?

Stopped at this Dunkin for first time other day and can say this place didn't seem like the same franchise. I've been to many up the east coast and always passed by this one as I will continue to do now. Coffee wasn't great and the sandwhich I got was so tough it hurt my teeth. Animals probably would have choked on it so just put it a trash can. Not sure how this place has 4 stars, people must not go to other ones. Drive thru attendant was clueless. Didn't tell me a total or to pull forward. Sat for a while and she came on like I was a new customer.
