I was running late for a work meeting. Made a phone call to Dunkin on Oliver Rd. Told them the type of doughnuts I needed & paid right over the phone. I told the lady on the phone what I was driving and I would be going through the drive through for pick up. I seriously pulled up to the window with the lovely lady handing me my order with the pick up window open, Talk about service! It’s hard to find hardworking people who like their job. She was definitely one of them! I recommend this Dunkin ?

The Dunkin was out of sausage and chocolate milk. And then once we’d found something to order they did have they didn’t toast our everything bagel with cream cheese as asked and indicated in our receipt. A bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant we ordered was also given to us on an everything bagel. This was also correctly written on our receipt so it wasn’t an error of hearing us in the drive through. I would not stop at this Dunkin’ again.

Store closes at 7pm. Craving for Dunkin Donut coffee while on a long road trip. Knew it would be close to get there by 7, but made it there at 6:50pm. Doors are locked, outside lights are off and 2 employees standing behind counter inside, talking and refusing to make eye contact with us. Very disappointed in Dunkin. If you say your open until 7pm, it should be 7pm.

Ridiculously understaffed for the location. I come frequently and every time I'm here there's usually only 2 or 3 workers on the morning shift with a line out the door and a line of cars around the building. The workers are trying their best but maybe the management needs to reassess their staffing budget.
