Cedar Valley Pizzeria is like a pleasant step back in time. Both the owners and their two dogs provided friendly greetings to this neighborhood snack shop and restaurant. I ordered a Stromboli and a garden salad, and picked an iced tea out of the fridge on my way to one of the three booths. The chopped lettuce salad with tomatoes and cucumbers took me back to the 1950s. The Stromboli was perfectly crisp dough on the outside and wonderful gooey cheesy stuffing with Italian meats inside. Finally, on the way out I got a smooth cooling vanilla soft ice cream. This comforting meal made my day.

Great specials quick and easy
Yummy pizza! Great weekly ice cream flavors. Friendly service.
Joanne and her dad are awesome. The pizza is wonderful. I especially love her home made cookies while I wait for pizza. :D Such a great little hidden gem.
Dropped by about 1:30 Saturday afternoon and only one other table with customers. Menu board lists subs, stromboli, pizza and there is a case of home made cookies right in the door. We ordered subs, which were great, turned and saw the pizza..we will be back to try it. Owner waited on us--she makes the pizza crust and uses tomatoes from her garden in the subs...you can really taste the difference. She and her husband were very friendly and the restroom was spotless. On Tuesdays, from 6-8 the pizza is priced by what time you order it! So at 6 it costs $6. and normally it is $10.99 closed on Sundays. There is also fish and broasted chicken on the menu. Ice cream for dessert with your cookies. Only downside, is limited seating. While you are in the neighborhood, if it is a weekend, visit the Ma and Pa Railroad Heritage Village and get a ride on the narrow gauge! It is only a few miles away. Also, if you are there on Saturday there is an antique store in the old general store, just two blocks away. However note they are closing on 11/11/18.
