First off ill say I absolutely hate Bob Evans but with a tight schedule sometimes I dont have much of a choice. The last 3 meals I had here were not pleasant at all and service was horrible. Maybe it was the times I came in idk but I think I am done with Bob Evans period at this point.

Only thing worse than the food was the service itself. After telling staff that several people that were SEATED after we had already ordered had already been SERVED and we were still waiting. Was told other people's orders were prioritized ahead of ours. Food finally came, should have just given it right back. Specific, simple request ignored for food prep and second meal was cold soup and a salad with sauce dumped over it so heavy I wasn't totally sure what it was. Manager acted like them being short staffed and unable to effectively run the restaurant was our fault for having a party of 6. Zero chance I'd ever go back but this is an occasion id also tell people about this specific location and advise not to ever eat here. Other than being clean, this place is a wreck.

Horrible , long wait , food was cold , toast was burnt , only 1 sausage link when the menu picture show 3 to come with meal. Told them it was terrible and, of course, did not pay. Only took one bite of sausage, which tasted like playdough!!! Would never set foot in this place again !! I advise you to do the same !!!!

7:10am on a Saturday. Only a few other patrons and service was beyond slow. Took over an hour from sitting down to ordering to getting our food to eating and checking out. About 7:45am my kids went to use the bathroom and none of the dispensers had soap. We went to use the hand sanitizer stations but they were empty as well. After waiting 5 minutes for the bill I ended up going to seek out the server so we could pay and leave. As I was checking out I commented on how I was enjoying the music that was playing. The individual who cashed me out told me that she hates it. Food was mostly Bob Evan’s quality.
waited for anyone to acknowledge i was there waiting to be welcomed for 7 minutes, left. decided to give it another chance, waited 45 minutes for chili and half a sandwich. i asked for no onions in the chili, it had onions. waitress stood and talked with 2 tables for minutes on end. she had 3 tables including mine. i asked for a refill of water. ten minutes later, after i finished my meal, she brought me a refill. done with this place.
