Was told a 20 minute wait for a table. 50 minutes later and we still weren't sat a table. Awful business practice. Hire more staff or train your servers better to serve one more table. Lost out on atleast 10 tables while waiting.

No one knows how to do there job at all including the managers the manager especially the general manager just sits on his butt in the office and hides all day also the silverware is only still dirty even though they clean them so I recommend you do not eat here ever it's the worst service I've ever seen all the servers have attitudes managers have attitudes and also the places isn't the cleanest either some of the food is not cooked all the way

There is one woman here training people that needs to be trained herself. What a shame. Even the trainees are shaking their heads. I'll wait until she is no longer there before I return. Talking about holding people back! Just wow!

This is the place we navigate too when we travel across the states, 20+ yrs. New Station has everything in one area just for that. We enjoy Bob Evans selection and food; breakfast anytime or a meal platter. Always clean, ? the wood work and openness of the dining area with windows and still providing privacy is cozy. Grab a coffee or drink then hit the road. Plus gas is available close by as well. Win-win for us. Easy on and off, esp the turnpike.
