don’t try and order breakfast through the mobile app 15 minutes before they stop serving because they will blatantly refuse to make it and then not tell you until you drive all the way there. they will also be incredibly rude to you while you’re there.

No Mac sauce on 4 of my burgers but they charged me for it and couldn’t even put ketchup on it .

Extremely long wait for drive thru. Waited over 20 min. Not even during lunchtime rush. Will think again about stopping. They push you thru, then sit in a parking space waiting for food. Ordered 2 cheeseburger meal and nuggets. Was getting out of my car for a refund, and they came out with my food.

Orders are never correct even if you place them right in front of the employee. Drive-through orders take a minimum of 20 minutes to finally get your food management and some of the employees don’t seem to care whether or not you get the correct order or how long your food takes location should be shut down

The drive through attendant couldn't hear us because he was flirting with another employee. He left the mic on, so we were stuck listening to it. We got to three pickup, and the order was wrong.
It's McDs. Only complaint about New Stanton, PA one is highway noise impedes communications with drive-through speaker; better off using mobil/ curbside, or go inside here...

I went there like a half an hour ago to get a burger and asked for extra pickles
I was told It fell apart and needed remade which was ok ,but I opened it at home to this... the burger is all mushy now

Been waiting an hour for my order in the drive thru, this place is ridiculous . What's the point of mobile orders if they don't even start them till after you arrive.
