I’m not one to leave bad reviews, however the customer service at this location was simply terrible. I went through the drive through and had ordered a 10 peice nugget meal. I checked my bag and saw they had only given me a 4 count, so I went back inside to get it fixed. I they are busy and I understand mistakes happen so it honestly want that mistake that had upset me. I waited inside by the registers for atleast 7 minutes waiting for someone to approach me. Multiple workers looked at me and ignored me. Finally, someone came over and just looked at me, didn’t even say anything. I explained what happened and the woman just walked away without saying a word and brought a 6 count back and out it in my bag and walked away. No apology, no explanation, not even a word. I also overheard them trying to give me a coke that had been sitting out, and my friends drink was literally only filled 3/4 of the way. Overall the food was fine, but service was horrible.

Overall, this is a good restaurant. It was clean and the food and service was good. However, I one complaint prevents it from earning 5 stars. The self order machines did not provide receipts and receipts were not provided if food was ordered using the McDonald app. This is an inconvenience for the business traveler keeping track of expenses.

Wanted a snack wrap. Last 2 attempts I left the line and went to Wendy’s because I sat forever. Finally got to order today…. No lettuce. Smh my first order at McDonald’s in over a year and will be my last. A shame since I live a minute away
we are literally sitting in the restaurant now watching the manager put an older woman in a runners position shes doing all the food outside and in, dealing with customers all on her own while 2 much younger adults stand there in the easier positions.

This is the worst one out of any i go to. Needs new management. Lobby is closed a lot. Plus food quality is not always up to standard. Go thru the drive thru be prepared to wait in line 20 mins.

The food is okay. Sometimes, the drinks have been sitting while the food is being made, which seems to take forever. The fries are sometimes sitting too long and taste stale. The staff seem nice, but the organization seems poor.
