Never fails every time you come here they’re never prepared for any kind of business and you always have to pull forward. The staff for the most part are awesome but upper management time and time again fails

Not our normal stop but traveling and figured it would be easy and fast. The Self ordering at fast food joints is getting out of control especially when staff force you to the kiosks. 15 minutes for “fast food” is a bit much for an after lunch timeframe. Love cleaning our own table and chairs so we can eat.

Whoever the manager is today (long blonde hair - older) literally just stood back there screaming at everyone. I felt bad for the people eating in the restaurant. She was really good at barking orders but did not step in to help once. I would never allow my kids to work for someone like her. TERRIBLE!

The place said that they opened at five in the morning and we were on a That road trip and needed something quick to eat. We arrive there at six and when we pulled up to the drive-through the Worker told us that they couldn’t make a sandwiches and that it would be another 40 minutes until their grills warmed up so they wouldn’t be able to serve food until 6:45. So what happened to the five in the morning opening? She wasn’t even apologetic about it and didn’t offer any alternatives.

This is by far the worst Mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. Their fryer is atrocious, all the burgers were burnt and improperly garnished, the employees made me feel guilty for asking them to be fixed. Terrible bathrooms, smelled vial

Rude works all sanding around talking complaining and using bad language.
I’m not one to leave bad reviews, however the customer service at this location was simply terrible. I went through the drive through and had ordered a 10 peice nugget meal. I checked my bag and saw they had only given me a 4 count, so I went back inside to get it fixed. I they are busy and I understand mistakes happen so it honestly want that mistake that had upset me. I waited inside by the registers for atleast 7 minutes waiting for someone to approach me. Multiple workers looked at me and ignored me. Finally, someone came over and just looked at me, didn’t even say anything. I explained what happened and the woman just walked away without saying a word and brought a 6 count back and out it in my bag and walked away. No apology, no explanation, not even a word. I also overheard them trying to give me a coke that had been sitting out, and my friends drink was literally only filled 3/4 of the way. Overall the food was fine, but service was horrible.
