Used the drive thru for lunch & it took 25 minutes from arrival to receiving my food. Almost every car ahead of me was ordered to pull into a parking space to wait for their food. Under staffed, perhaps I don't know? I was also asked to pull forward to wait for my food. I did have fresh, hot food, but the wait was a little excessive for a drive thru. I'll pass on this location in the future.

Sketch food, Sketch dining room, tiny place, just uncomfortable and claustrophobic, so much dinge happening it was hard to focus. It was more depressing than all the other places i visited but usually someone stopped thinking of hurling themselves out the 1 story window and running away long enough to take an order. If we keep giving them money they will keep floating with messy dining rooms and hiring not enough people. The food is never good but you pretend it is cause you got hooked as a kid.

Everytime i come here im asked to pull forward and park and wait for 10 minutes. Even with NO ONE BEHIND ME. The lady at the register is extremely rude and mean and the food is bad even for a mcdpnalds. Avoid at all costs.
got two mcflurry’s and neither were blended at all. didn’t give regular spoon with it either. also, nuggets were overcooked and didn’t get any of the sauce i ordered.

We went to mt.pleasant McDonald's about a week ago and was absolutely terrible was telling new Stanton McDonald's manager about it and his response was well we will try to make this the best McDonald's you ever ate and without a doubt it was he was awesome and very helpful to his staff by telling them about our experiences at both McDonald's live in Mt pleasant but will travel to New Stanton when we want McDonald's great job and hat's off to the manager
