Made an order online. Got a foot long sub, with double meat which is obviously extra money. I'm ok with that. When I open the sub up. There's barely any meat on the whole sub. Absolutely pitiful, it's not hard to make a sandwich correctly! My receipt even shows double meat on it.

I had called on the phone and requested to speak to the manager. They called an attitude and were very rude towards me and basically it was like they were overwhelmed and could not handle being on the phone with me so I should call back after theyāre done their rush, I came over here to wait and talk to somebody and thereās basically no rush from what I could see, thereās maybe five people customers in the store and as far as I saw maybe 3 to 4 people working Iām really trying to understand why it was necessary to get rude with me and told me you aināt got time to talk to me when itās kind of your job you never answer the phone rude the way you did. I never shouldāve been spoken to you like Iām at the point where I donāt know if I ever wanna eat a subway again or if I ever even wanna work at a subway. I feel disrespected and the woman I had spoke to was working drive-through, as well as trying to ring people out on the front register and yelling

I'd give it a -12 star if I could. Yesterday I was treated so poorly by a rude female employee working at the drive-thru window, who screamed, said very insulting comments, and made me feel so offended I drove away without getting my food. I even tried to call to alert management but all I heard was a long ringing sound and after about 20 seconds they hung up the phone so I don't even know what to say about that. I thought about just forgetting about it but I truly think it's more important other customers don't receive a similar, unnecessary, and upsetting experience at this location.

Such a weird experience, showed up at 8:50 when they close at 9 but the door was locked which was understandable but they let us in and started to walk us through the order but the guy was not wearing gloves, didnāt wash his hands and just went straight in grabbing everything with his full palm smearing it around it was so weird and gross we just left
Not enough workers and the ones who are there are way overworked!! The owner obviously does not take pride in his/her restaurant. Itās a shame! They canāt even open the drive thru because they are so understaffed! The owner needs to step up!!

Only seemed like one lady was really working but she was working her but off managed to break out like 50 sandwiches pretty quick atmosphere is kinda old run down doesn't feel the most comfortable
