Two times in a row, my boyfriend and I have ordered subs, and both times there were long hairs in his subs. Things happen, so we let it go the first time. The second one, he opened it and the first bite he pulled out two hairs. Tried calling to complain and I just get a long tone at the end of the call as they don’t answer. No way to leave a message. Will not be giving them a third chance.

Horrible customer service. The place was empty and the 2 young ladies working ignored me and my daughter standing right in front of them for almost 5 minutes. No hello. No, be right with you. Nothing. We walked out. Went to Sheetz across the street. Better food better price and service.

I ordered 2 subs and the oreo foot long cookie. Recieved both of the subs missing half of the things I added to them and no cookie. They won't awnser the phone. I litteraly have no way of contacting them for my money back.

I ordered a foot-long meatball sub and when I got home and opened it there was only one meatball in the whole sub. I don't understand how that even happens, they just really don't give a damn.

Made an order online. Got a foot long sub, with double meat which is obviously extra money. I'm ok with that. When I open the sub up. There's barely any meat on the whole sub. Absolutely pitiful, it's not hard to make a sandwich correctly! My receipt even shows double meat on it.

I had called on the phone and requested to speak to the manager. They called an attitude and were very rude towards me and basically it was like they were overwhelmed and could not handle being on the phone with me so I should call back after they’re done their rush, I came over here to wait and talk to somebody and there’s basically no rush from what I could see, there’s maybe five people customers in the store and as far as I saw maybe 3 to 4 people working I’m really trying to understand why it was necessary to get rude with me and told me you ain’t got time to talk to me when it’s kind of your job you never answer the phone rude the way you did. I never should’ve been spoken to you like I’m at the point where I don’t know if I ever wanna eat a subway again or if I ever even wanna work at a subway. I feel disrespected and the woman I had spoke to was working drive-through, as well as trying to ring people out on the front register and yelling
