I stopped by at lunchtime on the weekend. Nice small little shop next to the highway. Good food. Now they take order via app, window order and in-store. I am still going into the store as always.

I have come to this subway since I move up here 4 years ago usually no problems me and my boyfriend came in today bc I wanted subways he did not so he was unsure of what he wanted and took longer and the woman who helped me was so nice and attentive then another older woman comes out and started helping other people as her regulars and is so nice to them then she gets to my boyfriend who sandwich she yelled at him to tell her what he wanted they said I can’t hear you speak up then loudly said thank god we’re not busy like we were the only ones there you took care of your regulars before us and we were in line first and she was so rude and unprofessional and to top it off I bought a drink they never gave me the cup and I didn’t realize till I got home that woman has no customer service skills it’s ridiculous

Ordered sub for my fiancé and I while working picked it up they said it was toasted when I called but it definitely wasn’t bread as soft and soggy on my sandwich. Do not recommend going to this one. Ask for a replacement and she said no because it was already toasted which it wasn’t unless they’re toaster is not working.

Two times in a row, my boyfriend and I have ordered subs, and both times there were long hairs in his subs. Things happen, so we let it go the first time. The second one, he opened it and the first bite he pulled out two hairs. Tried calling to complain and I just get a long tone at the end of the call as they don’t answer. No way to leave a message. Will not be giving them a third chance.

Horrible customer service. The place was empty and the 2 young ladies working ignored me and my daughter standing right in front of them for almost 5 minutes. No hello. No, be right with you. Nothing. We walked out. Went to Sheetz across the street. Better food better price and service.

I ordered 2 subs and the oreo foot long cookie. Recieved both of the subs missing half of the things I added to them and no cookie. They won't awnser the phone. I litteraly have no way of contacting them for my money back.

I ordered a foot-long meatball sub and when I got home and opened it there was only one meatball in the whole sub. I don't understand how that even happens, they just really don't give a damn.
