This place has significantly gotten better than it has been the last few years. Better quality food, no flies and better employees. I got my usual today and it was made perfectly.

Such a weird experience, showed up at 8:50 when they close at 9 but the door was locked which was understandable but they let us in and started to walk us through the order but the guy was not wearing gloves, didn’t wash his hands and just went straight in grabbing everything with his full palm smearing it around it was so weird and gross we just left

Not enough workers and the ones who are there are way overworked!! The owner obviously does not take pride in his/her restaurant. It’s a shame! They can’t even open the drive thru because they are so understaffed! The owner needs to step up!!

Very disappointing! The last time we were here the lady working there was rude, short with her words, and made my girlfriend and I feel very uncomfortable.Today we decided to give them another chance but unfortunately we've had a bad experience again with the same lady. We placed our order online then we had to make call to ask a question same lady had bad attitude was rude and hung up on my girlfriend. As for the food which was also terribly cold seemed like she didn't bother to toast my flatbread or the chicken for my Buffalo chicken. Do Better!

I just had lunch at this Subway. I talked with I believe Lisa about the bread sometimes and that I enjoy coming here but I hate when the bread crumbles. She was absolutely amazing and wonderful and did everything to make me have a great experience. She is awesome. They people there are awesome. Thank you so much for listening to the customer and helping to keep my business. I will continue to go and support this awesome Subway. Thank you Lisa.
I made a mobile order after working a 12 hour work day with no lunch break and stopped to get two sandwiches upon arriving to the hotel the order was clearly wrong but I was to tired and had to get to bed because I had to get up early the next morning to go back and have them made the way they should have been made to start with. clearly the picture shows what the sandwiches should have been according to the order and the other shows what I received and the toppings were all wrong as well as the wrong bread for the one. I was very unsatisfied and disappointed!!

They dont deserve one star....sat in drive thru for 15 minutes while not 1 of the 3 employees inside bothered to take my order nobody was inside because they closed the dine in area at 8pm and i was only person in drive thru so they were not busy..

Got the order completely wrong. Didn't find out till we got home. Went back, after calling, food wasn't ready ask for my, got my money back a dollar short. I believe the major problem is they can't hear the orders through the outside speaker. That's no excuse though for not getting the order right. You find out what they want when they pull up to the window or tell them to pull up that you can't understand them. And you know what the price of gas you could have $6 on to the bill extra since I had to go to supposedly get new ones, and then return home. I will never go there again. Plus it seems like they're going back to the old Subway where everything taste the same

Tried to come get a sandwich at 10:30 in the morning. The employee rushed inside ahead of us and locked the door. Tried to knock on the window but she ignored us. Hours said 8:00 for opening, but I guess they don't care about hours.

I will never come back to this location. Came here last night after work to pick up n mobile order and both hoagies I ordered the bread was hard and the meat was cold on my steak. I order two drinks also and they tried to give me on and looked at me stupid. My receipt had two drinks on it.
