Was there three different times. Bad enough they raised the prices. The quality and amount of food was very skimpy. In the tacos. Hardly any meat. Very little lettuce. The nachos were of a mouse size portion. Way over priced. Hear these same complaints from others who have been there. Might not be there to long without changes before we go back,

Food was what I expected. Waited a long time even though they weren't that busy. Only one crew member seemed to care about keeping things moving.
The employees took several minutes to notice us so we could pay with cash. Then when we finished our food someone was still hungry so they ordered some more food on their phone. It took the employees over 15 minutes to even find their order. Then after 10 or more minutes they finally were give their order by the employees. To top all of this off the stall in the boys bathroom was locked without anyone in it. They also told us that they were very busy, but there was very few people in the drive thru and in the dining room.

This has got to be the slowest taco bell in the country. There wasn't a line inside. There wasn't a line in the drive-through, two cars max. It's been over a half hour and they still haven't made my food.
Edit to add: it took 45 minutes to get my food. Then when I did, the cinnamon twists had not cinnamon and my order was completely wrong. Like... not one thing was correct. This is the worst taco bell I've ever been to.

Friendliest Taco Bell my family has ever been to. We were driving through on a road trip with our daughter and dog. They had an outdoor eating area that was perfect for our dog and daughter to stretch their legs.

I had put an order in on the app yesterday for two chicken cantina tacos and when I got to the window they told me my order wasn't there. I looked on my app and it said order received and your order is ready. We couldn't figure out what the problem was and I know they have to go by their protocol and wait for the order to pop in. Needless to say I was tired of waiting a few minutes and just left. As I turned out of the parking lot and waited at the red light, I saw the manager running from the store to my car and he told me that he had made the tacos and sorry for the inconvenience. This is the definition of going above and beyond and was a great display of customer service. Kudos to the manager and their team for making the customer feel appreciated. Keep up the good work.

I’ve had mostly good experiences here but the last three or four times I’ve gone, the potatoes in the spicy potato tacos are way overdone. I don’t know what’s changed but please fix it.

Building new and clean. Good absolutely awful. The cinnamon twists tasted like old burnt oil. No one in our family could eat them. The tacos and crunch wraps were just soggy and metallic tasting. I have lowish expectations because it's taco bell, but this fell so far below expectations it blows my mind. We're on a road trip and I'm now nervous we're all going to get sick with how bad/off that all tasted. The chips and cheese were good....
