Taco Bell in New Stanton is a nice, clean, and fast restaurant. We ordered via drive-thru. We were treated kindly and our food was prepared quickly and as ordered. It was delicious, too. I purchased a steak protein bowl last month while in town it was amazing. This trip in it was horrible. The meat prices were very small and over seasoned I picked out the meat and threw it away, the rest of the items in the bowl we made correctly. I’ll go back and try it again next time, but I would appreciate the meat cooked correctly.

If you use the mobile app do not expect your order to be ready when you arrive. They will not start making the order until you check in at the drive through. Then they verify the items on the order and you pull to the second window and wait. When I complained I was told to use door dash instead of picking up my own order.

I've been here several times but enough is enough. The tacos are ALWAYS soggy beyond belief. Even when I watch them make it in front of me, not even 3 minutes later the meat has soaked through the shells and made everything soggy. I've never seen this at any other taco bell. The one in greensburg I can order the same thing and drive all the way to New stanton and the tacos will still be crispy and hot when I get home. Idk how they prep the meat but it's got way way too much liquid in it. Probably won't be coming back here for a while until they get all these people trained properly.

Avoid at all costs. Tonight because of a little snow they closed down. But were still taking door dash orders. Been here half a dozen times and half the time there was an issue. Once they forgot my drink. And its 50/50 on if the food is good or old. Met the manager tim,hes a nice guy and food is good while hes there but as soon as he is gone they become so lazy.

I know this location is very new to the area, but I have to say I am disappointed on how they handled my complaint. I had stopped in a week and a half ago and grabbed a deluxe box meal. For the drink I had ordered the sweet tea. When I got home I noticed my cup had an initial “B” written on the side of the cup in sharpie. I tried to look up a number to call to let them know and could not find one on google. So I stopped by today, order the same thing, but this time with no drink. I then proceeded to tell the lady at the drive through of what had happened the last time I was there and she was VERY dismissive. She told me that none of the employees are allowed to have their cups up front, also proceeded to tell me that none of the employees drink the tea because they don’t like the lemon flavor of it. She asked if it was written on the top of the cup and I told her no that it was written on the side with sharpie. She was clueless. She did end up giving me a lousy discount that in my opinion just took off the tax of my meal. Could use some training on customer service if you ask me.

I understand this is a new store, and perhaps new employees , but I was very disappointed when all my tacos came with broke shells, and absolutely no hot sauces that I specifically asked for, ( I don't mind eating the dehydrated horse meat, but the hot sauce is important to me ) sorry but I was disappointed.

I asked for no lettuce and they give me lettuce. Yall just opened and the place was empty. What’s the excuse??? ?
