Newport specific store. Between the ridiculous long waits, talking over 30 minutes in the drivethrough, when i made the order in advance on the app so couldnt back out, and very watery coffee and drinks, the food is always very subpar/miscooked. ALWAYS a mistake ordering here.

This place is TRASH!!! The food here sucks. The hash browns taste like a pound of salt. The snackin bacon is never fully cooked. Any sandwich you get is usually burnt most of the time. The donuts are never fresh when I get them in the morning. They are always out of everything. The iced coffees and refreshers are the best things they have here when they don’t mess it up. The worst part is if they do mess it up and the line is too long to wait to have it fixed, there is no number to call. If you call corporate they just say sorry and that they will pass the message along but no one ever calls or anything. Just do yourself a favor and go to McDonald’s. As expensive as they both are McDonald’s actually would be given a 5 star compared to this place and they suck in Newport too. I’d be happier with a Taco Bell for breakfast. The staff here are never friendly except one guy that’s at the window when I go. But all the females that work here are rude and suck with comprehension. Just lousy business and I hope the owner calls so I can give some suggestions.

My first Dunkin’ experience as a Canadian! I got a Brown Sugar iced latte and a donut. Both items were really good! The baristas were sweet and gave great service. Thank you!

Worse service ever, sat in the drive thru for 20 plus minutes waiting on a single coffee. Then advise that I would like a refund due to me leaving with out my coffee manager was straight rude with no customer service experience. Corporate needs to be called and to find a new manager. He doesn’t know how to manage a company and seem to me no management experience. Every time I go there they are horrible and nasty.

Rolled up to the window at drive thru and I said Hello and the person at the window stared at me for about 10 seconds (very awkward) an then turned around and walked away, the person never said hello, thank you, didn’t offer napkins or anything. I received the worst plain espresso, other than the fancy drinks they may not know what they are doing.
It’s too bad, I was hoping for a better experience.

never got a worse coffee in my life. i don’t know how you can mess up a small vanilla iced coffee so bad. asked for cream and sugar and it literally tasted black. messed up my sisters cookie butter cold brew also. they must have ran out of sugar or something? also asked for 10 munchkins and only got 7.
