never got a worse coffee in my life. i don’t know how you can mess up a small vanilla iced coffee so bad. asked for cream and sugar and it literally tasted black. messed up my sisters cookie butter cold brew also. they must have ran out of sugar or something? also asked for 10 munchkins and only got 7.

They left the paper from the cheese in my wrap on it, so when I took a bite, I had a piece of paper in my mouth. Took the paper out of the wrap, but the cheese was fused to it. Just gross. This was our first time back since our terrible experience when they opened, so we're unlikely to return.

0930 Saturday 10/13/24. Went in for coffee and donuts for the kids. This is my 4th time giving them a chance as I have had bad experiences prior. Today was it for us. They dropped an empty cup on the floor right after it was mopped picked it up and proceeded to fill it with coffee and give it to a customer. Then, while we waited I saw them dig in the trash for a receipt read it, put it back, and go about their business of filling orders and handing people their food. If I can’t trust it is safe I won’t be going. Where are the adults??

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have held off on giving a review because I kept wanting, hoping, it would get better, and it never did. Today was the final straw. I placed a mobile order for ASAP pick up. And then I waited 20 minutes for ONLY my drink to be ready. They hadn't even started the food. I had to leave my food there because we had other things to do. Do not go there. I repeat, do not go there.

I was just here for the first time and there was 3 employees there 2 standing talking to some lady about her kid and calling the cops!! No one would wait on me and am very disappointed!! If you want to lollygag around and talk about your personal life do it after you wait in your customers!!! This is not a social hour!! Needless to say I left and don’t plan on coming back for quit a while!! On the other hand the fuel city gas station employee was super nice and very professional!! Fuel city is connected to Dunkin’ Donuts.

Last time I went thru the drive thru no one took my order. When I pulled around all the girls were on their phones. They only gave me one of my two breakfast items in my bag and proceeded to mess that item up while they were at it. Very disappointing. The girls are super sweet, but they need new management.

I have been a regular customer since they opened. I havent really had any problems besides 1 time they misunderstood what i wanted when i went through the drive thru and then never gave me what they rang in (that person is no longer there, thank god). Ive had the drive thru window slammed shut in my face, my food and coffee shoved through my window. The lack of customer service some of these employees have is sad. But you only do what your manager does. For the first time in since they opened- this piece of crap manager who downgrades his employees (and yes ive seen this in person) got a taste of his own medicine and actually had to work. He made my breakfast sandwich today and it was over cooked. At least the employees working the drive thru window were apologetic for his crappy behavior. Otherwise i have no problems. Im just glad he got a taste of what he dishes out.

Had THE cleanest bathrooms I've seen in hours. I didn't have the food. I just stopped for gas and a bathroom break, but it was immaculate. I did not care for the soap smell, but I appreciated everything else about the bathroom.

Ordered a breakfast bagel and hash browns. It was the worst breakfast ever. Bagel was hard to chew and hash browns were literally flat like they were sat on and saturated in oil. Disgusting!

Ordered a boston creme donut and Machiato.The machiato was so sweet it was like is was made of straight syrup like drinking ice cream. The donut we were given was not boston creme but white sugar icing instad. Furthermore the donut also had a hair sticking to it. Gave dunkin one last chance. I have no reason to ever return to any dunkin location.

For 7am, the employees were very kind, but their food was absolutely horrendous. My friend and I ordered both a sausage egg and cheese croissant with hash browns. Instead of sausage, they got both of them mixed up with bacon. The croissant and hash browns both had that burnt taste, and the hash browns were very soggy. The croissant was not appetizing as well. Very disappointed, but will come back in the future to see if there's any improvement considering it is new.

Okay, people, just be nice. It's a brand new location. Give them a chance to get their operations figured out. I was there today and the employees were friendly and the Munchkins were very fresh. I love that they take GPay. Very nice modern and clean restaurant.
