This giant is always so slow to get orders out, making people park all the time to the side. One morning it took over 15 mins to get my breakfast from a mobile order and it came out missing items, I had to ask for replacing items that they were out of, they didnt offer it to me. Ordered a kids' meal and got just the nuggets and a medium drink the other night. We were in a hurry and didn't realize it right away. Overall, it's not great service, and sometimes one item comes out hot, and the fries are nuke warm and vice versa.

Pretty bad even for a mcdonalds. Mixed up my order and the Dr pepper is not Dr pepper? They just give you a completely different drink?? Also the drive thru is so small, and WHEN it gets backed up, the rest of the shopping Plaza suffers.

This place is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I will say the people in the drive thru are usually pretty nice, but with that said if I went to this McDonald's 10 times in a row they'd screw the order up 11 times it is ridiculous how often orders are wrong. Today was my final straw for a $40 bill they straight up forgot HALF my food luckily I know better to check the bags before leaving at this place since it's pretty much every time I have to go back in for something.

My wife and I went through the drive though initially but nobody came up on the speaker so we went and parked. When I went in it seemed like it wasn't that busy but behind the counter was a circus. Looked like 2 or 3 people were diligently working while two girls were just standing around looking upset to be there. An older man went up to the counter to ask for ketchup and one of the girls very rudely asked him what he wants and then slowly went back to get the ketchup while being sure to stop and complain about something to the other girl. My food was actually really good. The coffee, however, was seriously messed up somehow. I can drink any coffee but this did not taste like coffee. I don't know what they did but it actually made me retract after I took a sip.
Slow service, wrong food for what I ordered, fries and burger cold, they forgot my daughters chicken nuggets in her happy meal, table and bathrooms are dirty! Has not changed, horrible service!! Do not go to this McDonald's . Whoever is owner of this particular franchise does not care!

Usually they're okay, but one thing they need to work on is training their employees how to make better iced coffees and macchiatos. Every time I get one thinking it'll be fine, it lacks flavor. Bland coffee. Like watery coffee. I'm done ordering these items from this location.
