I would be curious if corporate McDonald's cares anymore. Most of the McDonald's in the greater harrisburg area are pretty bad, but Newport sets the bar high on not caring.
If you have 30 minutes to wait for an order that will be wrong, go here. If not, go literally anywhere else.

I use McDonald’s in Newport PA. Food is never ready. I don’t care if you go in in person drive-through or even order on the mobile app I stand around and I waste half a tank of gas. Every time I come food is cold, stale, coffee is always full of grounds. It does no good to complain because nothing changes

Our order was fast & accurate, but the Sprite for my HAPPY MEAL had MOLD floating in it. The kid's cups are white, so it was easily seen, but most of the cups are clear, and would allow you to drink the mold right down without noticing.

Let me tell you if you’re looking for an experience of ordering food never getting the right thing, always being shorted or waiting. Please come to this McDonald’s, but don’t worry if you have an issue with your order and call in they’ll give you coupons for the next time so they can short your order. Ps managers of this location, do not call me and no I will not “redo this review”.
Food was cold and burnt. We didn’t get the $6 milkshake we ordered and the first delivery lady was rude. The hash browns were very greasy

Was told to pull up from the drive thru and waited 20 minutes only to go inside to check and find out they hadn't even started my order. While multiple cars passed through the drive thru getting there food. Absolutely terrible, I am just disappointed. However, when I went into check one lady was lovely and helped me out so much. Props to her cause that was unacceptable.

Terrible experience trash all over the bathroom. Burgers were so poorly put together. There was literally no one in the store yet somehow we get the worst service. I'd expect this if they were overrun with customers. But no I was the only one there. Maybe for a reason.
