I was just in the subway. I asked for my wrap to be toasted. The lady making my sub rudely says NO! Because then it would be hard to wrap. Which I understand but because they have that stupid metal thing blocking the food it’s hard to see what is being used. I wanted a wrap like tortilla wrap, not a flat bread. So annoying paying for something that’s not what you’re asking for, and don’t want to be wasteful so end up getting it anyways. Thanks a lot… can’t say I’ll be back to this location. Definitely not the greatest.

My girlfriend and I tried to grab a quick takeout sub at 8:40pm Now I know that's cutting it close but they close AT 9pm. As I dropped my girlfriend off at the curb so she could get in and order quickly, one of the employees RAN to lock the door and turn off the open sign. Just to stop us from coming in. I work in the food industry and I understand how frustrating it is to have a slow night and get customers right before close. But I would NEVER turn away a customer 20mins before closing. It's bad for business and incredibly rude. If I could give it zero stars I would. I never intend on eating here again.

Was excited to see subway offered gluten free bread. When I asked about this the guy said “no bread is not gluten free.” Very dissatisfied with the customer service and misleading information. Should do a better job informing employees on this matter.

The place is a little dirty. I ordered a foot long with double meat. Bread was hard and stale and it was $15 for just the sandwich! Didn’t even give me a napkin for take out. Next time I will drive a mile down the road to the pizza shop and get fresh. First time I ate at a subway in years and it will be the last.

When asked what comes with a kids meal I was told multiple options. They did not say certain ones were up charged. $28 for 2 kids meals and a 6 inch sub and drink for myself is just too much.
