I've ordered probably once a week for the last year & have been happy with my purchases. Today, I ordered a medium Sicilian pizza w. pepperoni. It cost $30 & arrived with all of the cheese & pepperoni stuck to the top of the box. When I called to complain, a person who said she was the manager offered to give me 10% off on my next order - unacceptable. Just wanted to let you know b4 I write reviews on various sites.I know this isn't much of a threat but I don't 'bad-mouth" businesses...read full review
This is the 3rd time I had a problem with this place I gave them 3 chances 1st problem the pizza arrived not hot I call and tell them and all I get is oh I’m so sorry about that and don’t even offer anything 2nd problem was I had wrote extra extra extra well done in the special instructions area on the online ordering website and my pizza wasn’t even well done it was awful I called and addressed the issue and they said oh well we don’t really pay attention to the special...read full review
