Acqua e Farina- Brick oven pizza

My husband and I moved to the US from Italy 2 months ago and we’ve already been here 3 times! It’s really super authentic Italian pizza - seriously, when we are here it really feels like we never left! Delicious taste, nice atmosphere, and very friendly staff. Big thanks to Lindsay who is always so nice and to Sal with whom it’s always a pleasure to have a chat in Italian! We’ll be back many many times more. 200% recommend!

Delicious pizza & fantastic service! You can taste the freshness & quality of the ingredients, plus it feels very authentic & it’s still family-owned. Pizza in the US usually gets me bloated after 1-2 slices, but at this place I almost finished an entire pizza by myself (similar to how you eat pizza in Italy) without feeling bloated or getting heartburn.

We had a bad meal here this evening. We were at a very tiny table where other diners had to move so we could even get in. They dropped the food off at the table quickly (salad, appetizer and entree all at once) and didn’t return. Almost like they forgot about us. The pizza was way underbaked. While they did take it off the bill, they were not apologetic. Our waitress didn’t even come back to the table. Didn’t ask if we wanted anything else. Someone else dropped our check off. We probably would have ordered a coffee and dessert. Now we left without eating any entree at all. So disappointing in the meal and the service.

Rigatoni al bosco. Was elite a nice rustic touch to it . Definitely in the top 5% of all vodka sauces. The Neapolitan wood fired pizza was very good. So many more items to try but so little time . I will definitely be back! Thank you

The pizza was absolutely delicious! I had the one with grilled zucchini and prosciutto — so flavorful and perfectly balanced. The crust was just right, and all the ingredients tasted fresh. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!

If you’re a pizza lover, Acqua e Farina – Brick Oven Pizza is a must-try! From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is all about quality and authentic Italian flavor. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, with the smell of wood-fired pizza instantly making you hungry.

The pizza here is outstanding—thin, crisp, and perfectly charred from the brick oven. I ordered the Margherita and it was pure perfection. The crust had that beautiful balance of chew and crunch, the tomato sauce was fresh and flavorful, and the mozzarella melted just right. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and traditional methods.

We also tried the Prosciutto & Arugula pizza, which was just as impressive—savory, fresh, and beautifully balanced with a slight peppery kick from the arugula.

Service was friendly and fast, and the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. It’s clear they take pride in both their food and customer experience.

Whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout, Acqua e Farina delivers some of the best brick oven pizza in the area. This is definitely going to be a regular spot for me!

Don’t forget their Tiramisu. The best of the best.
