This place is overpriced and the food is mediocre. All these 5 star reviews can’t be real. I had tilapia and a baked potato and it was about equal to airplane food. On top it was overpriced by 20% at least. How this place stays in business I don’t know. The average entree is $30 and many things are >$40. Portions are small and not great quality. Poor choice.

We really enjoyed the Monday night oyster/wine experience. We tried 12 oysters from six regions and had delicious wine paired with each. We are told that each Monday night there will be different oysters so we will be back again and again!!

I am not sure "Food, Service and Atmosphere" are the only metrics that should be measured. The food and service was very good. Most of the fish items on the menu traveled across continents to be consumed in Newtown, PA. I would say zero stars for carbon footprint and sustainability.

My wife, son & I went for the first time for our wedding anniversary. We're pleasantly greeted and seated.
Our server Sandy was amazing knowledgeable and engaged and so nice and pleasant. Maybe the best server I ever had at restaurant.
The food was amazing. The ambiance was bright and welcoming.
Sandy was the absolute best, everything she recommended was great! My husband and I enjoyed the service and our meals. Starting with a dozen oyster not many places get it right but Blue Point Grill hit a home run. We shared the jalapeño lime shrimp and grill octopus, he got Chilean Sea bass and I got the Bronzino seasoned to perfection? we found one of our new date night places!!
Not to mention they have Monday oyster and wine pairing so looking forward to Mondays?

The seafood is fresh & delicious. They have the best selection of oysters! They're crabcakes are my favorite, not too much filler & a lot of crab. The short ribs are tender with a delicious sauce. All the desserts are great! The service is incredible!

As a longtime lover of the Princeton location, I was excited to try the new Newtown location. Unfortunately I was disappointed in my experience.
We checked the menu before we came and saw they had the whole bronzini, which is my absolute fav and I always look forward to getting it when I've gone to the Princeton location. The server told us that they basically never have it and they didn't know why they bother putting it on the menu. So that was disappointing to start off with.
Then the service was incredibly slow despite there being lots of servers around. I think having a full bar, unlike the BYOB Princeton location, is doing them a disservice and slowing service down. It took us a very long time to get our first round of drinks and the server said the bar was backed up. When drinks did finally come, my pineapple jalapeno mocktail tasted like a plain glass of pineapple juice that felt like a waste of money. It also took a very long time to get a water refill during our meal and our empty cocktail glasses weren't cleared.
The crispy barramundi risotto and quinoa crusted halibut we got were pretty good and well cooked. The mussels appetizer with mustard cream sauce was delicious and I was spooning the leftover sauce in my mouth it was so good. The food met the high standard of the Princeton location but the service was definitely not up to par.
