On Sunday, my husband and I spent a wonderful evening at one of our favorite restaurants, Blue Point Grill in Newtown, PA, and once again, it completely exceeded our expectations.
From the moment we walked through the door, we were welcomed with genuine smiles and a level of hospitality that instantly makes you feel relaxed and cared for. The hostess immediately acknowledged the special requests I had noted in our reservation and executed every single detail flawlessly. She seated us right away at the exact table we requested and with our favorite server. It was such a thoughtful and seamless start to the evening.
We always request Cole, and for very good reason. Cole is truly exceptional. He is warm, personable, attentive, and has a way of making you feel like you’re the most important table in the room. He anticipates needs before you even realize you have them, offers wonderful recommendations, and balances professionalism with genuine kindness. He consistently goes above and beyond, and he’s a big part of why we return again and again.
Our drinks were, as always, beautifully crafted and absolutely delicious, perfectly balanced, refreshing, and clearly made with care. Every sip set the tone for a great meal.
We started with shrimp cocktail, sautéed clams in butter and garlic, and calamari. Each appetizer arrived hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The shrimp were crisp and tender, the clams were rich and flavorful with just the right amount of garlic, and the calamari was light, golden, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
For our entrées, we had the Seven Fishes and the South American Corvina, and both dishes were outstanding. The flavors were vibrant, the presentation was beautiful, and everything was cooked to perfection. Each course was timed seamlessly, allowing us to relax, enjoy our conversation, and truly savor every bite.
From start to finish, the entire experience felt effortless, thoughtful, and genuinely special.

One of the most well-run restaurants I've been to. The service is top-notch, the atmosphere is great, and the food is incredible! Had an absolutely wonderful experience from the moment my fiancé & I stepped foot into the restaurant. The host was so kind & our waitress, Sandy, was beyond knowledgeable of the menu & so sweet. The options were endless with featured dishes on top of their regularly served fish. Our drinks were quick to come from the bar & were very good! The food was delicious from our appetizer, jalapeño lime shrimp, to our entrees! Every employee we came in contact with was personable & friendly! We will definitely be coming back in the future for more fresh seafood!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here, starting the night with freshly baked bread with herb butter and appetizers of tuna poke. My wife chose the salmon and shrimp risotto, I followed through with blackened swordfish with mango salsa and wild rice. The presentation was great and the flavors were to be savored. Topping it all off was coffee and Key lime pie for dessert. The best part of the experience was our server Shaun. She was so friendly and a delight to talk to, and her service was first rate in all respects. We will definitely be returning there.
