Stopped in at the Chick-fil-A in Newtown PA with my 94 year-old-mom for lunch. This is the most attentive staff and perfect service and atmosphere! They jumped to hold doors, delivered meal to the table instantly, etc. Fresh flowers on every table, and spotlessly clean including in the restroom. Tasty, hot meal and Bob was a gracious host. Who knew this is what we missed going through the drive through all the time?

I do not recommend drive thru. I always order inside or do mobile order then pickup inside, faster than waiting in drive thru. I know what I want to order, I get nervous when order inside.

Ordered through door dash 4 sandwiches. A 30 and a 15 piece nuggets and 2 fries. After deliver and tip it comes to $93.00. They packed it all in one bag.. which was too heavy to begin with. The steam from the food weakened the bag so when I pick it up the bag rips open and dumps all the fries on my doorstep. So I call to complain and the manager says that they understand what happened and the policy is that there is nothing they can do to compensate.. but if I do it through doordash I will get a refund. The truth is that on the doordash app there is really no way to propery explain issues with an entire order. After filling out a complaint on doordash I received a $6 credit.. really not happy. And why should door dash be responsible for Chick Filet putting too much food in one bag. Disappointing experience.

lorraine was my cashier today and she was so kind and polite! she made sure my order was right, and made the atmosphere just feel that much better! the food was great as well, with it being brought out very quick. will be definitely coming back

The staff were nice, the food was ready in no time, and it was so tasty. The kids’ area was a bit chaotic, and some parents were walking around with their shoes on, even though the sign said shoes must be off.

This location is well run, clean, fast and friendly. It is just what you would expect. The parking is a little tricky. You have no choice but to cross the drive thru lanes so be careful.
