Lorraine is the heart of chick fi-la. She knows how to make anyone who walks through the door smile and feel welcomed instantly. My friend and i frequent this chick fi-la but it is always an extra special day when we run into Lorraine. Give her a shout out if you see her!! We're your biggest fans;)

I love chick , my only issue was that I had a hair in my yogurt. A long black one. So I went to the store to make sure they use hairnets , etc.They gave me a free yogurt. They also said they will be more vigilant with the yogurt parfaits.For the most part 90% of the staff is awesome, only a few ones who are inappropriate.Love chick fil a and always will.Even went today for my yogurts again and a milkshake .The GM Mr. Heffernan has ALWAYS been a nice, fair, and kind man.His daughter is also the same.Everyone seems very Happy that works there!
I am a usually and go to this chick fl la all the time but had one of the worst experiences here and will not come back when they have me a full drink with what looks like a hole someone made got all over a lot of electronics I have in my car and I am very un happy with this

As all fast food restaurants, margins are maximized and quality goes bad. I remember when they first opened up, great in all regards and the owner was a cool guy.
