The rice in my bowl was so hard it was inedible. Like there was a bowl of jaw breakers. Awful..

I keep on giving this Chipotle another chance, mostly because Newtown doesn’t have many lower cost quick options, but today was the final straw. It was completely inedible. I could write a novel about this place between the filthy location, wrong orders, attitudes of staff, ALWAYS getting some pieces of food that was not a part of my order in my bowl because their counter is a mess, and of course the bad food. Chicken is either overcooked or undercooked, rice is either soggy or crunchy. Today it was overloaded with lime, which was disgusting. So many issues. I am done.

Today was an awful experience at chipotle . We walked in every table was a mess, they are out of chicken , no ice , no teas, the check out area is a mess as well . And …the sofa was flat x we had root beer and Diet

The steak was very fatty. We had a throw most of it out. They were missing napkins and the fresh juice station was completely empty. To make matters worse there was a long hair in my make your own taco meal. They also forgot to give me a receipt.

I remove the 5 stars because today was the worst experience I've had in this place, a group of 10 people went to eat and to begin with they didn't have guacamole, an important part for that type of food, they charged me two extra dollars because they didn't They had one dollar bills to give change, the chips were not crispy, and there was no ice in the machine, the worst thing is the attitude with which they serve the public as if the food was a gift.

Went in around 730 on a Monday night. Out of queso, guacamole, lettuce, cheese, and more. They did not care to inform customers and just left the bowl without those ingredients (mobile order). No napkins or forks in site. Drinks were empty and looked dirty. Whole restaurant looked like a disaster- food on the floor and tables, the prep counters were a mess. The workers were arguing with each other in the back over who gets break. Very poor experience… second time this has happened within the past 4 weeks. Doesn’t seem too far off from other people’s experiences.

The Newtown, Pennsylvania location for chipotle is a disaster. We ordered two salad bowls, both with veggies, and salad dressing. Shockingly they didn’t have either, but never told us when we ordered the meal or when we picked it up. In addition, one of the meals had Carnitas and that meat was completely undercooked. The staff decided on their own to make up for the missing vegetables by giving us mass quantities of lettuce but, again, no dressing. I don’t have any problem with locations running out of food, but I do have a problem if they don’t tell you. By the time I got home and realized the issue there was no easy solution. I’ve had similar problems with this location in the past. Judging chipotle based on the number of one star reviews, I’m guessing a lot of other people are having issues as well. If I wasn’t starving, I would think this is comical

Literally the worst burrito I’ve ever had. It fell apart after one bite and when I called to leave a complaint (twice) no one picked up. On top of that, they were out of lettuce, fajita veggies, and guac. How can you even be a “Mexican” restaurant without guac?? Plus, the cashier was wearing earbuds, the staff was unhelpful, and service was slow. Terrible experience, bad food, and poor service all around. Avoid at all costs.

I agree with other reviewers, this is by far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. There were no napkins, no ice, no fajita vegetables and no receipt. Trash all over every single table. The manager should be fired at the very least, and you could make an argument this location should be closed as well.

This is easily the worst Chipotle I have experienced. Since it is close to my house, I have been many times, but I will not go again. The store is consistently out of key ingredients and service is lacking.

Last night I was told it was my fault there was no guacamole because I came to close to closing time. I was there well over an hour before close. No thanks. Also, this is the 2nd time in a row they were out of guac.

Very inconsistent! Never enough food or staff. Portions are a joke. I just watched a girl fill up her friends bowl full of smoked brisket and charge for a chicken bowl. Then when I went to order was given a half portion. Place is always messy.

Food tasted like Chipotle, but the place was extremely dirty, whatever the drinks that were next to the soda fountain were empty, they had no forks (not even in the back, we asked) and every table had food or trash on it. I get it, you can fall behind if you don’t have enough staff and are busy, but they had plenty of people working and once there was no one in line, the staff just stood there or pulled out their phones. They did not attempt to clean up. We should have walked out. Reading other reviews, it seems like this is not new for this location.
