I went to get a burrito from Langhorne location in Pennsylvania for almost $18 for burrito with only rice and chicken,cheese that burrito was so small it was not worth the money I spent when I I complained the associate looked at me and laughed.i always buy from there no more this the third complaint I had within 30 days

Easily the worst Chipotle around. I don’t like putting places on blast like this but they honestly deserve it. I went there with a friend to get lunch after the gym. There was a pretty decent line but it wasn’t bad. As we got further up, a man was very frustrated up front as they were missing just about almost every option. They didn’t even have cheese and the excuse they gave was that they were “short staffed” despite having 5 employees running around. The food we got was probably the smallest portion we’d ever seen. Paid $16 for a portion big enough for a toddler. I decided to give it another chance and was blown away that it hadn’t changed at all. Missing ingredients, rude staff, poor service, and angry customers. Never go to this Chipotle for you will be solely disappointed, hungry, and pissed off.

The person making my burrito had an old reciept laying on the counter that kept somehow getting in my food while it was being made. Counter was a complete mess. The beans looked like they have been sitting there since the morning. Never had a good experience here.

Horrible Service - placed an order for just one regular burrito and it showed 20 minutes for pickup but they actually took an hour for the uber eats driver to pickup. Will never order from this location again. I should have checked the reviews before.

I keep on giving this Chipotle another chance, mostly because Newtown doesn’t have many lower cost quick options, but today was the final straw. It was completely inedible. I could write a novel about this place between the filthy location, wrong orders, attitudes of staff, ALWAYS getting some pieces of food that was not a part of my order in my bowl because their counter is a mess, and of course the bad food. Chicken is either overcooked or undercooked, rice is either soggy or crunchy. Today it was overloaded with lime, which was disgusting. So many issues. I am done.
Today was an awful experience at chipotle . We walked in every table was a mess, they are out of chicken , no ice , no teas, the check out area is a mess as well . And …the sofa was flat x we had root beer and Diet

The steak was very fatty. We had a throw most of it out. They were missing napkins and the fresh juice station was completely empty. To make matters worse there was a long hair in my make your own taco meal. They also forgot to give me a receipt.

I remove the 5 stars because today was the worst experience I've had in this place, a group of 10 people went to eat and to begin with they didn't have guacamole, an important part for that type of food, they charged me two extra dollars because they didn't They had one dollar bills to give change, the chips were not crispy, and there was no ice in the machine, the worst thing is the attitude with which they serve the public as if the food was a gift.
