I always liked going to this place but more recently it seems like they are. Quality of food has gone down and they are much smaller than it used to be. Perhaps it's the kid who prepared the meals, but oh oh, they're just limiting the food and making sizes smaller. I probably won't go there again.

If I could give negative stars, I would. It’s a shame because this chipotle is 5 minutes from me, yet I’d rather drive 15 mins to a different one to avoid this location. Any time you order through the app, guaranteed an ingredient is missing. I ordered at 8pm, and once I got there, they said they don’t have rice, cheese, veggies, and chips - and stated they “close soon”….. but they close at 10pm….. meanwhile all the employees in the kitchen are eating crumbl cookie in the open, laughing and talking. One employee was making a meal for himself. I had to walk out with no dinner after waiting 20 minutes. I have zero words.

Unbelievable! For the first time I see a Chipotle with NO white rice ( and no cilantro rice as well). Vegie fajitas was found only once out of the multiple times I've been there. I gave up. The amount of food they serve is a joke, it's probably 30-40% less than other Chipotle stores. This Chipotle in Village at Newtown is hopeless. Staff is helpless. DO NOT GO THERE!

When I got there they were out of half my meal and refused to refund me. They told me to try calling 1-800-Chipotle. I ordered on the app, and there’s nothing to do there but chat with the AI bot named Pepper. It told me it filed my complaint, but I never heard from anybody or got any refund. What a miserable society we endure.

Why does this Chipotle suck so bad? They constantly screw up orders and the food isn’t prepared correctly. Maybe need new management?
This Chipotle is consistently the worst location I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. They are consistently out of ingredients when they are open for 3+ more hours and give the smallest, most unfortunate portions ever. Also, today the physical restaurant was an absolute mess. Only getting worse!

This place is a rip off, I went and I got 2 cheese quesadillas that were $10. The floors are disgusting, they aren't clean, littered with bits of salad, and the trash is overfilled. I would not recommend, go else where.
