I don’t know why people complain about the food being served. It’s literally a serving size portion that you get that they use with measurement cups which is normal. The food is great and fresh and honestly it was super filling I couldn’t even Finnish it.

I was very excited to try Chopt, but was easily disappointed. The total for 2 salads was $30. No drinks or extra stuff. The salads are large but $15 is just crazy. And they are not even that good tasting. I chose the “create your own salad”. I wanted a regular Cesar salad because there was no option for that on the menu. The worker made me pick 2 extra toppings even though I was done choosing what I would like. So she made me put carrots on the Cesar salad! Not to mention I didn’t know what any of the toppings were because they do not have labels! I have no idea what kind of cheese I put on my salad and it was very hard to choose what to put on the salad because not all of the options were even visible. I did not have a good experience here, and will not be coming back. I recommend just buying salads from the grocery store that you mix up yourself, they are much better and more affordable. And they don’t have carrots in the Cesar salad. Barely any of the toppings too, $15 dollars for mainly lettuce is crazy.Parking: The parking is crazy. There is no spots, maybe about one but it’s on the whole other side of the shopping center. Or if you’re lucky maybe you will get a spot right after someone leaves. There is not enough parking for the amount of people that come around this area.

The "chicken" is disgusting, the menu says it's roasted chicken but it was canned chicken. To pay close to $15 dollars for canned chicken is ridiculous. The salad probably would have been good if not for the chicken with it's over powering flavor of canned tuna.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chopt Newtown, and I must say, it was a delightful experience that exceeded my expectations. Generous portions, inviting atmosphere. I will definitely visit again.

I’ve been to plenty of Chopt Locations in New York City when I was working in the office and I thought the experience can’t be that much different when living in suburbia. Geez, I was wrong. I entered this establishment around 5 PM on a Saturday and it was completely empty but it took the individual making two salads a good 10 minutes. Very slow, and it almost seemed like I was a burden. Upon receiving my salad, I realized my container was half empty. They barely put any lettuce in there and don’t even get me started on the chicken size.Overall, I would not recommend this place, and I won’t be returning.

The greens and ingredients overall are fresh but this is the second time we’ve ordered where several of the more expensive add-ons/proteins are missing.

I got a salad (make your own), basically spinach, tofu and falafel. As a first timer, I think I messed up and asked for a different dressing than would have been my first choice (oops), but overall the experience was OK. The salad is huge so I shared a bit with my fast food burger boyfriend and I can take half with my lunch tomorrow. It is pricey- $14, but I know that a container of spinach at the grocery is $5, so not totally outrageous and if I just wanted to save $, I would have made my own salad but out and about, I wanted some one else to make it. Might be nice to be able to taste the dressings before ordering AND it would be nice to get butter with the bread slice.
