The cookies looked delicious and the staff was courteous and friendly. Store was clean and well stocked. 99 percent of the staff were fantastic and willing to assist with your order. Only 1 staff member wasn't with the others. Her name was Alyssa, and all she wanted to do was post on a website about what was going on with the staff and store. She doesn't know that by posting bad things about the store and fellow employees, she is giving both the store and Crumbl Cookies a bad name and black eye. Maybe Alyssa should not post so much about your store and worry about what she needs to do. BTW.... This won't stop me from buying cookies from your store. Keep up the good work and delicious cookies.

Came in today, ordered 4 cookies, paid, waited only to be told the one selection I chose wasn't available (not a big deal, it happens). Then, after other waiting customers got their orders and walked out did I notice the sign that said " 6 for price of 4". The sign was blocked by customers and NOT where you order; therefore, easily missed. I asked if I could take advantage of that deal and was quickly told " sorry too late". What a shame considering it wasn't " too late" to tell me what I originally ordered wasn't available after paid for. Considerate customer service would have been "sure we can do that since the sign was blocked and not near ordering kiosks". Won't be back.
