I live 25 mins from here. Pre ordered a specialty cookie. I get there and checked in on the app. My name never comes on the screen. At this point I was already standing there for ten minutes. I get a worked attention. What’s the name, sorry we sold out. Can I offer you another cookie. I ordered a speciality cookie. The cookie I received was 3 dollars less. So I drove 25 minutes to preorder a cookie that was sold out in my area, paid an extra 3$ and didn’t the cookie I preordered. Thank you , I will never come to this Crumble again.

We ordered four cookies online and arrived at the bakery with a fifteen-minute wait. However, when we received our cookies, they were made sloppily and unprofessionally. To make matters worse, we paid an extra dollar for a cheesecake cookie that was available online. When we inquired about the unavailable cheesecake cookie, a store employee informed us that they would not refund our money. Instead, they offered us a cheaper cookie, even though we had upgraded our order.
Additionally, we have a family member with an allergy, so we requested that everything be carefully and separately packaged with the allergen. Unfortunately, this was not done properly, and cookie toppings spilled out of the box.

Never disappointed. The BEST cookies! Had to pause my addiction to win a Biggest Loser challenge at work but I can indulge occasionally now instead of the 4 cookies a week I was getting. 🙄😜 I definitely was the Cookie Boss (my store recognized nickname! 😆) Now I’m just the mini boss!

The poor guy behind the counter had 15 people waiting for orders and was all by himself. He did a great job considering but management left him out to dry. If you can't get people to work raise your rates. Your clearly busy enough. The picture only shows half the people waiting. Cookies as always are great. Wednesday August 13th 730 pm.
