Utterly horrible service after an 1hr wait past the delivery promised time. cold pizza and incomplete order. called to have it rectified - just got backtalk from their employee. Dominos effectively stole money from me as they never delivered what was ordered.

This location used to be better. Not sure what’s going on, but in 2024, something is different. Gotten very cheap with toppings. I have even ordered extra, yet nothing extra came. Back to local pizza shops as of last delivery. Not worth my money anymore.

Didn't want to rate this poorly; however, since the last couple of times that we have ordered from here, the quality of food made us feel like it was a waste of money.. the pizzas that we ordered would barely have any toppings.. on a whole pizza, may be 5 tiny little pieces of onlions and burnt pizza instead of a well-done pizza.. this has happened multiple times now. Felt like eating a cheese pizza since there weren't many toppings on it even though we paid for it as you can see it in the picture. Also, they never have any paper plates and sometime not even napkins. Once it's understandable, but this happens pretty much every time.

Just picked up a New York style pizza. I was the only one there but yet they still got the order wrong. No pepperoni on it and it was horrible! No wonder they got 2 stars..Never again will I get Dominos....

my food was “quality checking” for 35 minutes and then they called me and said the drivers car “wouldnt start” atleast they gave me a refund??u cant make this shi up bru all i wanted was sum
Had an order for 2 pizzas, gave me the wrong order, no sorry, nothing, had to wait for it to be made again.Seems like new management with 0 customer service, Google needs to have a 0 star.

If there was a minus Star option, I would select it. Went to Newtown Domino's to order a pizza. I ordered 2 pizzas and waited for the order. The man in charge was screaming at his employees because there was a missing knife. They looked for it for about 10 minutes and when they couldn't find it, he declared he would not make any more food. He did, however make the pizzas but he left them at the pizza making station. He did not put anything in the oven for the next 15 minutes while he continued to scream at his workers. There were probably 6 orders waiting. So, even though I was standing there, he did not intend to cook my pizza. I asked for a refund and left the store.I can't begin to express my displeaure for this store. It has a low google rating already, no wonder. I will never return.

The delivery driver William is so sweet! He holds the door while you grab the pizza and my kids love it. He makes delivery fun! Every time I order from this location, my order is correctly fulfilled, and always on time or sooner than expected. Definitely the best dominos around. A++
