i placed an order and delivery said it would be 21-31 minutes. waited til 45 minutes to call and they said it's on the way..about an hour I saw an email on my phone saying my order was canceled.. I called to see why and dominos said we tried calling (lied, i had my phone and they had my correct number) no wonder this is the first time in 15 years I decided to try Dominos Pizza

Plain cheese pizza, and the Parmesan rice and the cinnamon twist are very good plus their wait time 15 minutes I think or close to 20 but I would say their help is really good. They offered me some help when my hands were full carrying the food to the car so it was kinda of them to do that so I was supposed to say and they also gave me a free garlic sauce-cup for being the most popular person to order food every Sunday well not as much but pretty good and what a nice employeeAnd I recommend their business cause their pizza is awesome in deliciousness

Had an order for 2 pizzas, gave me the wrong order, no sorry, nothing, had to wait for it to be made again.Seems like new management with 0 customer service, Google needs to have a 0 star.

If there was a minus Star option, I would select it. Went to Newtown Domino's to order a pizza. I ordered 2 pizzas and waited for the order. The man in charge was screaming at his employees because there was a missing knife. They looked for it for about 10 minutes and when they couldn't find it, he declared he would not make any more food. He did, however make the pizzas but he left them at the pizza making station. He did not put anything in the oven for the next 15 minutes while he continued to scream at his workers. There were probably 6 orders waiting. So, even though I was standing there, he did not intend to cook my pizza. I asked for a refund and left the store.I can't begin to express my displeaure for this store. It has a low google rating already, no wonder. I will never return.

The delivery driver William is so sweet! He holds the door while you grab the pizza and my kids love it. He makes delivery fun! Every time I order from this location, my order is correctly fulfilled, and always on time or sooner than expected. Definitely the best dominos around. A++

When I got my food I loved my first bit. I used pick up and drove and when I got there it was ready. I was surprised how fast they made a pizza! The staff members were really nice. If you want a pizza that can be made fast, delicious and fresh I recommend going to Dominoes!

Horrible delivery service, delivery driver calls you 10 mins early and wants you to wait at the curb for them, refuses to get out of the car and walk up to the door. After a couple instances of this, I started to tip for the quality of service that the driver was providing. Delivery driver took exception to having a poor tip for poor service. Threaten to put me on the "do not deliver list."

Weirdest experience of my life…To preface this about a week or so ago my fiancé ordered some pizza and it said delivered and we never got it so we called and was on hold for like 10 mins until the picked up & hun up without a word , then picked up the phone after waiting on a second call telling us it’ll be there in 5. Ok so tonight we place our order and get a call from the store. They said we have a customer note in their system that said something like “ do not complete order “ or “ do not serve “ or something and he is supposed to cancel but won’t which shout out to that guy because there was no reason ?? But he said someone put it in and he doesn’t know who but he’s the only one there and he was like why would this happen the was the day and it was the day they hung up on us ! ( mind you that was before even talking to us when we finally did talk on second phone call it was like “ hi , ok , bye “ ….. this all felt really weird and made me feel uncomfortable. So anyway our pizza comes and the driver is on the phone fighting with my fiancé about his tip telling him he needs to tip better! Mind you we don’t tip bad ( our meal only cost us $6 ) Just because this is a nicer area doesn’t mean we can just piss away money … I’m ordering dominos for a reason lol! Absolutely uncomfortable and I won’t ever eat at this location or any dominos again. Soooo freaking weird?!?!?
