Always love Dunkin and its coffee and donuts but service at this place needs to improve. Ordered a coffee and one donut. Given the donut and then the attendant walked away to do other things. When he walked back, I asked if I could get my black coffee. Never apologized, never said a word. Just poured it, put a lid on it, pushed it to me then walked away with no conversation. I hope this will improve over time.

Great staff, I really appreciate it that someone is actually open at 5am when I'm leaving for work. The quality of the food has been great so far, no complaints whatsoever.

This place fills your iced drinks up with ice to the maximum possible level in cup to help avoid putting as much product in the cup. They rip you off and skimp. DO NOT COME HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT! TRUST ME!!! See photo attached, I ordered an iced latte with low ice and they didn’t fill up my drink to the top LOL. They’re concerned about profits, and NOT about customer satisfaction or WHAT MATTERS TO YOU! THE CUSTOMER! SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! A DUNKIN DONUTS THAT RIPS OFF HARDWORKING PEOPLE IN WRIGHTSTOWN!! DON’T COME HERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! THEY’LL DO ANYTHING TO MAKE A BUCK OFF YOU. I normally never write a negative review, but when I see a new franchise business owner trying to target hard-working families IN Wrightstown, it gets under my skin. Franchisees need to step down immediately and sell the store to an operator who actually CARES about patrons in Wrightstown.

Absolutely the worst. Did not get what I ordered and did not give the correct amount of munchkins. Too busy talking to her co workers. Glad I didn’t leave a tip and I usually do!!!

Drive through is very antiquated, especially for a brand new store. There is no screen to confirm your order, and you can barely hear the person through the speaker.
