Not surprised that this Dunkin is empty every time I pass it. Could barely hear/understand guy in the drive through. Then after NEVER having problems with my credit card at any drive through, they said my card wouldn’t work (this is after they had to try scanning my phone twice for a giftcard balance bc they said it wouldn’t work-it worked the second time the girl tried)…at first I thought it was a joke when none of my payment menthods were working… then when I asked if someone else could try, the workers sounded insulted that I even ask for someone else. Finally resorted to debit card. Beware, folks.

The lady working the drive through must not have understood English because she had no clue what was being said to her and the kind of donut was right there on the shelf after saying they don't have it in broken english and when asked if that wasn't white iced she said extra ice?

The donuts are fresh, the coffee is hot. But the service is a little slow. I mean what does it take to pour a cup of coffee with cream & sugar. But everyone there always has a smile and is friendly. So whatever. A good place to stop if you want coffee and a donut.

She consistently go above and beyond in her role, and always serves with a smile and makes every visit a pleasant experience. Whether it's her friendly attitude, quick service, or attention to detail, it's clear she truly deeply cares about not only providing great customer service but the customers individually and stands in our shoes when there’s a problem. She is a great problem solver, I am a customer who comes in regularly and ever since she started working at this location it’s been getting way better than before! Came from out of state, stopped in around 2 pm yesterday and the tables were filthy and the bathrooms were overflowing with trash. No interaction with the staff because they were too busy chit chatting with other employees.

Stopped to get a bagel with veggie cream cheese to eat in the car after an appointment. I pull away, checked the bag and we have a naked bagel and a container of cream cheese without a knife. Unbelievable poor service. Never again

The guy Kerry and the girl Erica that work here were fun to talk to! They were very friendly and helpful in assisting me in making my selection. I originally asked them if they could give me a Dunkaccino, but dunkin doesn't have those on the menu anymore. So they created something similar to what a dunkaccino used to be. Super awesome! If I am ever back in the area, I would come back to this dunkin location just to be able to say hi and chat again! Also, to get their version of the Dunkaccino again!

I wish i could leave a review for the girl working in the afternoon during the week. She was great. Food was prepared fresh and she was very pleasant to deal with. Some of these dunkin stores are brutal, and they're only getting worse. Nothing is fresh, staff is rude ect. Great experience here. Good job to the young girl working on Friday afternoons.
I love this Dunkin'! The staff are always so polite despite being busy all the time. Very busy location for a Dunkin because it's a perfect stop for traversing Bucks County from North to South

Always love Dunkin and its coffee and donuts but service at this place needs to improve. Ordered a coffee and one donut. Given the donut and then the attendant walked away to do other things. When he walked back, I asked if I could get my black coffee. Never apologized, never said a word. Just poured it, put a lid on it, pushed it to me then walked away with no conversation. I hope this will improve over time.
