I had reservations for 6:45 and did not get in until 7:10. I had asked for a standard top and was seated at a high top. I ordered Moscato, and they were out. Thank heaven for the server who was wonderful and made a disaster into something okay.

Went to enjoy the St Patrick's Day menu. Enjoyed the corned beef and cabbage and fish & chips were delicious. Loved the Irish themed beer flight. Excellent service for a busy day.

Well this is embarrassing. Locals who also belong to the rewards program. Come in at least twice a month. Last nights dinner was awful. Management was awful. Our server Jordan was amazing as usual. Our dinner was incorrectly prepared, told the food runner. They brought it back to the kitchen and 10 minutes later, same food brought out cold with some simple changes to make it looked like it was corrected. Ask to speak to a manager, one never came. Then the food runner said they would remove the incorrect items from our tab. Which they did under the disguise of an employee discount. Which I'm sure is to make customer satisfaction comps look low. Sneaky. As a GM of a local restaurant, I know it's tough to touch a table that isn't happy, but required in hospitality. Hiding won't help. Stop by, we are reasonable and forgiving people. The last 2 visits have been so disappointing, I hope it changes soon. Fix your management, look for the teaching opportunities, look for the growing opportunities. They are always there. And don't make your staff do your job.

They have consistently good food and a good variety on the menu. The wait times when we have gone so far have not been too bad, although it can get packed during dinner.

Disappointing
We've been there about two times in the last two weeks and regrettably yesterday sort of sealed our less than experience, especially with the food - everything just tasted off, so we're not sure if there was a different chef or what, but all the food was just meh, to all of us, whereas there have been times we've had their food and it's uber delicious - just what you were looking for when you wanted a burger or a good sandwich, along with a couple of quick and easy kids meals. Yesterday it just wasn't, which left us feeling disappointed.

We were in the mood for fish and chips and decided to try Iron Hill. We were not disappointed! Tender fresh cod lightly beer battered with fries and slaw. We ordered a flight of beers from the varied selections on the menu and liked each one. Will recommend and be back. Heard some of the desserts are excellent too. Just need to save room. Oh, and portions were sizable. Enough to take home if you are a light eater??

Another great experience at Iron Hill. While busy on a Friday night, we were seated within 20 minutes of our reservation. Our server, Ally, was attentive and the food was very good. Conveniently located across the street from our house, IH is a great alternative to cooking for ourselves.

We were there on a warmer day in early March, so they had the entire wall behind the bar open. As the outside temps went down in the evening it became cold inside and wasn't comfortable. The food was just average and the service was very slow.
Had a 6:15pm reservation, saw a mass of people crowding around the host and in the vestibule as I arrived. Was told they were "a little behind" and they would text me when the table was ready. One hour goes by and no text. Checked in at 7:16pm to see what was going on and was sat immediately, as if they forgot about us. This wasn't a walk- in waitlist, it was a reservation. Crazy.

This is our new Favorite restaurant. Been there a few times and every meal was exceptional. The Employees are friendly and did a great job all around. The food is fresh and flavorful and so many options!!! Oh and the Beer, wonderful.
