I order from Newtown Bagel every week and love their food and think their service from time of order to pick up is great considering the volume on Saturday or Sunday.
What needs to be improved is the pickup area. DoorDash is out of hand, as soon as you walk in on a weekend morning the counter is crowded with DoorDash people waiting for their orders. As a result, atmosphere is terrible and it is hard to even pick up your own ordered if it is done since people are crowding the counter and there are no employees managing the pickup. You need to do something about the DoorDash disaster or just stop using DoorDash - fix it or get out of the business of using DoorDash.

Worst bagels : Tasteless, dry. Not real bagel like they provided in the past. What a disgrace to the name of bagel. Better find a new supplier. It was like eating grocery store bag bagels. Poor-Poor-Poor ! Don’t waste your time and money.

Our new favorite spot! We love the food, coffee and energy at Newtown Bagel! It's great when you find a spot that's kid friendly, flexible and understanding! We like going with our 4 kids after 1230 and eat in. Megan can tell you easy multikid dinner ideas so you can grab something from the deli take out case for dinner. When in doubt ask Conrad he'll happily answer all your questions too!

I grabbed a French toast bagel with porkroll & cheese and a coffee. Both were amazing! The bagel was toastedand yet still soft. The pork roll was perfectly sliced and cooked. The coffee fresh and hot!! It was easy to order on the phone. While en route I got a message my order was ready for pickup. It was so close to my end destination that I was able to be on time despite my own GPS ordeal. This is now my breakfast spot when I am in this area!!!!
Santa Fe on a sundried tomato bagel. So good. Hubby had Nova lol, cream cheese, capers, and onions and said it was delicious!

Mmm, mmm, mmmm! What a delectable confectionary experience! The flavors were dancing around my tongue, not unlike the events of the Elton John song, “Tiny Dancer.”
The manager (I think his name was Cornlad) suggested an absolutely delicious, downright dastardly scallion cream cheese bagel for me that matched my dietary needs. I will indeed be returning for more delightful concessions and spirited service.
