First time at this location, my husband and I frequently dine at the location in Pennington,NJ Our lunch salads were delish, service superb and enjoying a glass of wine made the lunch with my daughter memorable.

Piccolo never disappoints! From their fabulous roles and salads to their delicious desserts! Friendly atmosphere with a large outdoor dining area! Probably the best dining value in our area. Many restaurants in Newtown have become very pricy!

Very good dining experience. One complaint. The round tables for five have large centerpieces that make conversing difficult. While these were very nice with fresh flowers, they do block vision across the table.

Piccolo's food is excellent! We love the fried calamari and the pizza too. Our waiter was very attentive and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

It is always a good meal here. Food is outstanding. The only issue sometimes is the server. Ours seemed older with a bad memory. When we ordered drinks he needed to ask who go them...Just a minor issue but he also did not know what a martini up was ??? Really? Besides that he was ok, second time having him and not our favorite. Plenty of food , enough to take some home for lunch the next day! Always very flavorful !!!

Food and area is nice. However they don't know about sound control. Speakers to loud they had to be asked to turn down. Plus live musician was so loud in the patio you couldn't have nice conversations with table. They should notify guests when reserving live band is going to make enjoying dinner and conversation impossible.

Thank you to the manager. I unknowingly made our reservation for the Newtown restaurant but he was able to seat us at Doylestown. Food and services were very good. Peach Sangria was to die for. Portions way to big and we forgot our leftovers at the restaurant. Definitely go again

We came for the Cacio e Pepe in the Parmesan wheel. We were so excited, but it was so boring. No flavor. Barely any black pepper??? Let's face it......Cacio e Pepe translates to cheese and pepper. There was plenty of cheese but no pepper. The shaved truffle had no flavor what so ever and was completely unnecessary. It could have been so good, if done properly. It's an exciting presentation, done tableside, but give me something worth eating! That being said, the tomato pie type focaccia in the bread basket was amazing! I could have made a meal out of it. The other pasta's entrees were good but they need to do better with the Cacio e Pepe.

Went soecifically for the cacio pepe. The dish was water logged and poorly seasoned and the noodles used were different than any cacio Pepe that my guest or I have ever had. The price at $42 was excessive. Only good thing was the service. Very disappointed in our experience

The food and service were excellent!!! My only issue was the volume of the music they had playing. It was often difficult to hear the server, especially for my father with bad hearing.

The Italian sandwiches are all great and well prepared. The separate order of fries were cooked perfectly. I dine at Piccolo Trattoria regularly.

We had a fabulous meal here! My in laws drove up from Florida and were looking forward to the cacio de pepe-except we thought it was Tuesdays and it’s only Mondays and Wednesdays-the owner was able to make an exception and cook that special for us! It was so delicious! We also had chicken francese, veal parm and lasagna- all amazing. Our waitress Alyssa was great and we even had dessert. Definitely will be back, the entire experience was great!
