I ordered online ahead of being in the area, about an hour away. After picking up my order, we didn't realize until we got to our destination that none of the sandwiches were cut as requested. This made sharing one of sandwiches as intended very difficult.

Just had to drop a line about my visit today! Owen and Ian were awesome seriously, they made my sandwich PERFECT. Super friendly guys, and they clearly know their way around a deli. Best sandwich I've had in ages, thanks to them!

Me and my brother ate there yesterday We got Italian hoagies The meat is sliced so thin not very much of it either. The roll was hard, the order took forever. The place is not managed right. Wawa hoagies are 10 times better and 1/3 price.

I came in to pick up an online order at the exact time I was told to but I was told it wasn’t ready yet. The issue is that the order was ready maybe less than 5 minutes later but he never called my name, I ended up asking 25 minutes later I saw a customer with a much larger order than mine get their sandwiches. The guy at the counter said he forgot.

Always good, great staff always fresh and quality. Only location that never gives me day old bread. (I know difference when they pull a hit roll out and slice it too quick and gets super hard vs day old stale bread)
Been to 6 local primos this one is by far the best and has better prices and freshest everything.
Sure complaints will mean they just match other local primos prices.... Thank you guys!!! Always in and you guys always go above and beyond. Ignore complainers!
Went for pizza next door, they were closed or moving so I tried primos. First time, but they now have me for life! The chicken cutlets were so good! I'll be back soon! Staff was super helpful as I didn't know what I wanted, they took time to talk to me and made me a whacked chicken. My new favorite sandwiche! Thanks again, I'll be back soon.

This is my favorite place to eat lunch! The sandwiches are always on point! I never miss a 3 dollar off Wednesday. Sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. Also Ian, Nick, and Owen are always very nice to me and make me feel welcome. 5 stars 🌟

This is the SECOND time ordering from this primos and them messing up our order unbelievably. Asked for seeded rolls.. how did they come? Not seeded.. even asking before leaving if they were all on a seeded rolls after the last time receiving a plain rolls. I was assured yes they were all on seeded rolls.. to check once I got home for them all not to be seeded. I went back and they said oh we’re sorry we ran out that’s why they were plain after I was assured they were seeded before leaving. I have never been more aggravated, they offered a refund but still unreal at this happening to my friends and I again! Also didn’t receive our poppers, asked for them and got pickles instead. Unreal.
