I submitted an order via online for pick up. In the comments I substituted roast beef with corn beef which I have done many times at that location and the Langhorne location. When I got to the car I checked the order and the substation was not made. I went back inside to let the staff know the order was not correct. I was told by the “manager” on staff I was not allowed to make a meat substitution because it cost more. I informed the staff that I had done this multiple times at the Newtown location alone and this was never an issue but I would be happy to pay the difference to have the order made correctly. The you man who said he was the “manager” began raising his voice from the back saying he can’t remake the sandwich now. I asked to refund my card since I will not be eating or paying for a sandwich I don’t want. It was then explained to me the “manager” has to authorize a refund transaction and he’s too busy to come to the register to handle it now. I left and am going to dispute my charges since the transaction was not reversed. I will not be returning to this Primos location again due to the unprofessional conduct of the “manager” and his refusal to address me directly or amend any of the issues raised. I frequent this location every other week and have had issues with the orders being correct in the past but the issue would be amended. Today the young manager on staff was very rude and had no willingness to take a couple of minutes to fix the mistake that was made on the order. Other locations in the Bucks county area are much better ran with more professionalism. If you’re jonesing for a Primos Hoagie my advice is to avoid this location.

Seems like this location serves the chintziest Primo hoagies I've ever seen. I had an Old Italian from the Willow Grove location a couple of weeks ago and the same sandwich from this location had less than a 3rd of the meat and the lettuce looked old and brown Very poor. I guess one location is not like the other.

Seems like there is a new Schwartsie. Almost meatless. Never seen a sandwich from a Primo that has almost no meat or coleslaw. Bread roll was fresh but almost nothing on it.

I came into the store and at first all was well. It was when I was waiting for my food things took a turn for the worst. The two girls that had been working were talking about very inappropriate and intimate topics all while making my food. It generally made my wait an uncomfortable one. First things first, it’s different to talk about these topics on your own time, but it is completely unacceptable to be discussing this in your workplace. Secondly, these two girls looked to be teenagers, so it took me aback to hear them talking about such adult topics. A word of advice, if you’re considering coming here, don’t bring your children while these ladies are working.

This place never answers the phone during working hours. I witnessed this first hand when I went to pick up my order after calling multiple times. Girl was sitting playing on her cell phone letting the business phone just ring. Guess primos Newtown doesn’t need business. I suggest going elsewhere.

So I like the food here, but recently stopped in to use a gift card that I purchased in December and it was the $25 bonus card. I was told by the staff that it expired and they took my card. I even asked for my card back and they said no because it expired. This occurred last Friday the 7th. All of my prior interactions with this location have been good but this was enough for me to not return. Based on your response I will be spreading the word to everyone I know in the Newtown area.

When I went to grab my hoagies, last Friday on the 7th ish, there were two very immature and unprofessional teenagers working at the front, when taking my order, this lady was very rude and I had to repeat myself multiple times for her to understand me, when walking away with my food, I heard the two girls mentioning very inappropriate and crude activities . When leaving, this girl about 15, short, dark brown hair with lighter strips, kind of chubby flipped me off as I turned my back. I saw her doing this when I turned to thank her.
Ordered a cheesesteak with Fried Onions and got a cheesesteak covered in Raw onions.

I ordered a cheese hoagie here on 4/19, what I received was 1 thin slice each of Swiss, American and Provolone, 2 tomatoe slices and some lettuce in an oversized roll for 12.69, I would say 3.50 would be a ripoff. I also asked for sweet peppers on the side which they forgot. Go somewhere else like Meglios or even WAWA.
