Great hoagies just make sure you are very specific when you order. As a matter fact, I might have it for lunch again today :-)

I ordered a cheese hoagie here on 4/19, what I received was 1 thin slice each of Swiss, American and Provolone, 2 tomatoe slices and some lettuce in an oversized roll for 12.69, I would say 3.50 would be a ripoff. I also asked for sweet peppers on the side which they forgot. Go somewhere else like Meglios or even WAWA.

If the girl at the front had any less personality, you could hire a robot and save yourself some money.

First time patriant to this location and it will be my last . Ordered a American Cheese Hoagie with hot peppers and pickles on the side . Took my hoagie home and it barley had onions which is not a deal breaker , however, when I noticed 4 slices of cheese and lettuce I immediately called and voice my displeasure and the lady said there protacal is only 4 or 5 slice of meat . As a former deli owner this is an absolute disgrace to the industry .I will call Primos corporate and tell them they need to go back and learn how to make sandwiches and also work with your franchises to help them survive .....for what you charge you will be out of business in near future .

Walked in and had two young kids take my order. The one was on his phone the entire time when I was placing my order. His appearance was also very bad, looking disheveled with long, greasy hair. Definitely not a good look for the food industry.Cheesesteak was completely cold. Very disappointing

Just got 4 sandwiches today and all were made perfectly to order and was greeted with friendly service. Primos is my go to place when I travel throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Please for the love of God when a customer asks for extra oil and vinegar use the bottles and add oil and vinegar. Stopped in yesterday afternoon and got a completely bone dry Crusher. Looked into the bread and it was untouched. If someone asks for a dry sandwich they will ask for a dry sandwich. Please don’t make me have to tell a grown man how to make a sandwich. If the owner replies I do not have my receipt so I am not going on the franchise site to complain. It’s easier if the $15 sandwich has the requested condiments.

The bread was not fresh, crumbled trying to eat it. You're a sandwich shop, bread is critical, come on.

Use this Primos for the past 5 plus years. The owner Diane is wonderful, but her kids on staff are horrible. Today’s Philly cheesesteak I got almost did not have any meet in it. I was just shocked to eat bread on cheese. And that was $9 . This store needs some adults to supervise the work of those children or they will lose more customers.

Food is great. I have never been disappointed. They do a great job with trays as well. Service is always friendly. It's the go-to place for a delicious hoagie.

Im updating my last review of the, "Turkey Pilgrim," which was terrible. No stuffing, little turkey. This Saturday, 11/11 I order 1/2 Italian sharp & 1/2 cheesesteak. I don't know WHO is making sandwiches but these were terrible as well. Cheesesteak which I've ordered at least 10x's was all bread, no fried onions that I added and 1 slice of cheese on half the bread. The Italian sharp, which I've ordered 100x's didn't have sharp provolone, had 2 skinny slices of tomato, a wad of onions in one spot, a sprinkle of lettuce and less meat than I've ever had before. I may give them one more try before moving on.
