About 80 percent of the time I try and call to place an order, the line is busy and I get an error message. Love the food but shouldn’t have to try so hard to give them my business.

In addition to my hoagie order I asked for an order of onion rings. I don’t feel four rings constitute an order. Also, not to be demanding I had asked for hot peppers on the side and they are yet to be found.

The very LAST time I'll order food from Slacks in Newtown.. Basically ordered a grilled veggie wrap,received a completely DIFFERENT sandwich.. Would not recommend AT ALL!

Very disappointed, I ordered for p/u, very simple order of cheesesteaks and was told 20 minutes. I got there to p/u 30 minutes later and sat waiting for another 30 minutes after I called that I was there waiting for them to bring it out. And then (I should have checked before leaving), they did not include any sides of fried onions that I had ordered. And, the cheesesteaks had very little meat on them. Will NOT be getting our business again.

A huge thank you to Slack’s Hoagies in Newtown! My friend is fighting the Corona virus and we have been sending the nurses at St. Mary’s meals...they LOVE the hoagie trays! Love that the hoagies are individually wrapped and they can grab and go! Thanks again!! Stephanie
