This is my favorite Starbucks!!! The staff here are always amazing and sweet! So funny yesterday the lady asked what are you waiting for and magic my drink appeared lol I laughed I told her your my favorite Starbucks! So thank you !!!!

The store is well kept and there is lots of help for the morning rush. The refresher drinks are smothered in ice which truly takes away from the taste. Sometimes I scoop out the ice and then get significantly less. I keep forgetting to ask for just a little ice. I don't want to waste anything so I drink it diluted. There also should be dairy free and gluten free food options for a place as popular as Starbucks. It's shameful.

What a great experience. The cashier was so friendly, the location was clean, staff was professional. I always ask workers what they like and she shared her favorite, and said because it was my first time trying the drink, and because I was fun to talk to, she gave it to me “on the house”. I will be coming back!!

Decent coffee. Almost tried their new olive oil infused drinks but was on the road and didn't wanna chance it, if you know what I mean. Starbucks is always good for personalizing your drink order

Ordered a simple cup of coffee. I was the only customer to order at the counter at that moment. They were very busy serving the drive through and filling online orders. I can understand that.After waiting 10 minutes and seeing people come and order at the counter and then receive their coffee before mine, I approached the counter and asked when my coffee would be ready. I was told my order was inline and that I just needed to wait. I politely agreed, but I was getting suspicious that they had lost my order. After another 5 minutes, I approached the counter again and asked them to verify my order hadn’t been lost. I was told confidently that they could see my order in the queue. They were very busy and I just needed to wait.In the meantime, countless drivers had been served at the window and a handful of “inside” customers had gotten their coffee (they were not online orders as the barista tried to assure me).Finally at 20+ minutes, a barista asked what my order was. I pointed out that they had verified that my order was in the queue earlier. Did it suddenly disappear? They had obviously lied earlier. I finally got my coffee. 25 minutes for a simple cup of coffee. To their credit they offered me a free cup.I understand that all those kids are working their tails off. No one was standing around doing nothing. But giving out a canned response multiple times in a row is not acceptable. When a customer very reasonably makes a request, take a moment to listen. They might just be correct.

Had to repeat one simple drink order 3 times, paid almost $8 for a lukewarm 'late' that probably was run 3 times through same beans. Not doing that again.

Didn't eat. The service was fast. It could've been cleaner, and my cups weren't clean. They were sticking. There are no sleeves on then either. Overall, good.

This location is very clean and perfect. I stopped by around 9:15pm 12/10/21. They had music playing and they were all very nice, and smiling. James the cashier was a gem! He was so nice. James took the time to make sure my order was right before I gave him my payment. My drinks were prepared perfectly. I also enjoyed a PB&J snack box. I LOVE the Starbucks snack boxes!My order was almost right. But, I'm not complaining. I ordered three cake pops, 2 birthday and 1 reindeer. But, I was given all birthday cake pops.
