Steak and Hoagie Factory Newtown

Been a long time customer of Steak and Hoagie and this was my 5th time at the Newtown location. We ordered our usual lineup, including hot wings. These wings had zero sauce on them. Absolutely horrible.It was such a disappointing experience. For the amount of money I spent on them, just to throw them away, I will not be going back. 😔

Ordered food at 5:30pm. Was told it would be 45 minutes. Showed up to pick it up 45 minutes later and was told it would be just a few more minutes. I ended up waiting 45 more minutes for my food. Called and spoke to the manager about compensating me and he stated he could give me a $20 store credit. I told the manager that because of the experience I didn’t ever want to come back so a store credit didn’t help me. He stated that he couldn’t give me money back because I paid with a credit card, but I could come back and he would give me cash. I declined that as well because again, I really don’t want to go back ever. I had my kids with me, which made it even worse. I will never go back to this business and would have given 0 stars if I could. We got home and some of the food wasn’t even hot. I understand that sometimes people call out and things get backed up, but there were people who had come in and gotten their food and left while we were waiting. They didn’t bother to give any updates on when our food would be ready, just kept us waiting. I’ve worked in food and retail my whole life and it was extremely clear that they just could not manage their orders properly. Awful experience.

Stumbled upon this gem as I was paying my bank a visit. Stopped in for something to eat, I was indecisive and did not know what I wanted. Mike was at the front, he greeted me the moment I walked in. I was not ready to order, and he was very patient and allowed me to take my time. He then made some recommendations while pointing out their special for the day. The Burger was delicious, the fries were great, and the meal came with a free drink. All of this for under $9 bucks. Staff was very friendly and the place looks nice and clean.

I love your Chicken cheesesteaks but why are they $18 on uber eats. Not sure if this is a mistake or not :/ You still get 5 stars, but I feel like I've been overpaying!

Wow, so disappointing. The last time I walked into order and everyone was super kind and the food was great, but now I can understand why this place and the parking lot was empty. I ordered the same sandwich I had last time for myself the cutlet carne and there was no cutlet. There were two tiny pieces of breaded chicken that were barely seasoned on a big roll. It was really pathetic.

When I called to order, the girl who took the order was pleasant, but that was the only positive thing that I could say about this experience. Next time when my bf suggests Primo Hoagies, I'll gladly agree instead of recommending this place.

Great food and service! Super fresh vegetables and fresh baked bread. The servers could not have been any nicer or more welcoming. Very enjoyable. We will be back!!And my sister loved the home baked chocolate chip cookies!! ?

While we typically frequent other sandwich places, we really enjoyed our food from here. The chicken cheese steak hoagie was delicious, and I like how they put the lettuce and tomato on first. This is not for everyone as it tends to make them warm, but the plentiful chicken does a great job of holding it all in place. The chicken pizza steak was good as well, although it lacked enough sauce. The wings were meaty but the fries were cold when we got home. Nothing a toaster oven couldn't fix. We look forward to taking out from here again soon. The staff is friendly and always busy.

Best cheesteak in town that's for sure. Pizza fries are always good. Pretty much anything they are cooking is so good. I do miss the cheesteak that was like a grilled cheese melt I got a long while ago. But never had a bad expirrence doing dine in and take out. ?

Slow. Very slow. We did the online order. Usually can get the food in 10 mins, but we waited more than about half hour. They just need more training on dealing with the orders. And this is not the first time experience.
