Best cheesteak in town that's for sure. Pizza fries are always good. Pretty much anything they are cooking is so good. I do miss the cheesteak that was like a grilled cheese melt I got a long while ago. But never had a bad expirrence doing dine in and take out. ?
Slow. Very slow. We did the online order. Usually can get the food in 10 mins, but we waited more than about half hour. They just need more training on dealing with the orders. And this is not the first time experience.

While we typically frequent other sandwich places, we really enjoyed our food from here. The chicken cheese steak hoagie was delicious, and I like how they put the lettuce and tomato on first. This is not for everyone as it tends to make them warm, but the plentiful chicken does a great job of holding it all in place. The chicken pizza steak was good as well, although it lacked enough sauce. The wings were meaty but the fries were cold when we got home. Nothing a toaster oven couldn't fix. We look forward to taking out from here again soon. The staff is friendly and always busy.

Ordered doordash. Got my order to find out it was messy and it barely had any mushrooms on it. I ordered a cheesesteak hoagie and it wasn't a hoagie at all. The paper was sticking to the roll. So messy. I am down here visiting family from nevada. I used to live here and this is not what iremember. I will not be coming back here at all. Terrible. Take your time and put what's supposed to go on it whether than rushing to make it. Not worth the price you charge for it.

Just found out today that Steak and Hoagie Factory is in the neighborhood and I am dissapointed in myself for not knowing this sooner.Wife ordered a hoagie for pickup and I believe we were given the wrong order or there was a bit of confusion.Italian hoagie was missing cheese, lettuce and tomato but it did have onions.We also got Tots that we did not order (paid for though)Not going to lie I still very much enjoyed my sandwich and the tots were cooked perfectly. They also have the perfect hot sauce. So overall we were not disappointed and we will give it another try.

Could not eat onion rings. What a disgrace! Should of never left kitchen. Bad steak sandwich. Newtown store: better get it together.

Very clean and you definitely get what you pay for, which is difficult in this day and age. The food is always spot on and the people who work there are super friendly. The only thing I've noticed that is very minor is the wait when ordering in. Better to call and pick up unless you have some time on your hands and don't mind hanging out if you want to eat in. They do have a few TVs, which always have sports on (thank you), to help you pass the time.

Came back home from South Carolina for a visit. Came in an got a cheesesteak to go. Just like the Phillies, y'all knocked it out of the park. Best dang cheesesteak I've had in almost 3 years.
